Had a great experience.

When I saw the advertisement it only mentioned that you must do survey to see if you qualify for free samples. Then only requested courier fee never was it mentioned about membership linked to promotion. I was only interested in the free promotional not membership. But the company is assisting me with this matter, trying there best to resolve my issue by canceling the membership fee and they are also in process of refunding me. I'm grateful for there assistance this far.

La verdad es que me pareció una gran oferta en internet el costo decía en pesos un valor bajo por una Notebook entonces pensé no pierdo nada si fuera mentira.coloque los datos de la tarjeta aceptando un gasto de 2.000 pesos argentinos.luego me llegan correos de suscripción por valores en euros lo cual me asustó mucho dado que jamás pago nada en otra moneda que nos es de mí país.les agradezco den de baja el servicio.kenny escribió en castellano un correo porque los anteriores recibí todo en inglés lo cual más me asustó no se el idioma solo entendía que tenía que pagar dinero en otra moneda y me preocupo mucho .

I was not completely satisfied by my experience since it was not intentional to apply for a subscription, but I indeed was satisfied by the response I had from the workers (Sarra), they made a good job in searching a solution to my problem.

I want my refund

Its a complete scam i subscribed to something i didnt realise i was paying for then wasnt able to get a refund, the item i ordered with the credits hasnt arrived and trying to cancel my subscription was a pain in the backside. It kept saying i cant cancel so i emailed them and i have to wait another two weeks for the cancellation. Please stay away from this website.
