Bought 2 of these onesies for my sons for Christmas...actually, Thanksgiving so they can wear them multiple times during the holidays. What a Hoot. Cant wait to see them in action!

Absolutely Appalling DO NOT BUY

Bought a gift for my sister for Christmas from this site.
Not only was the jumper incredibly late and poor quality (felt like the cheapest nylon possible), the print was no where near as vibrant as the picture and TO TOP IT OFF!...
One of the sleeves was sewn on the wrong way round which completely ruined the pattern of a lions face.
When trying to contact the company, there was claimed to be but turned out to be NO automatic return system, NO phone number to ring and NO reply at all to the FOUR emails I sent asking for contact to exchange or replace the jumper.
This is the worst kind of business and is a complete scam that should be shut down and the owners jailed.
This is violation of consumer rights at it's finest.

DO NOT BUY

No where on the website - at least no where obvious - does it state that this company ships your order from China. The length of time to receive an order is ridiculously long. In addition, I order a sweater. It is not a sweater. It is a strange material with printing on it. The website does not state what the material is and once the product was received, there was is no label. I tried it on for size. Within minutes I was covered in hives / whelps. I had an allergic reaction!! I am unable to contact anyone at this company. Buyer beware. Products not as advertised and your health may be at risk.

Thieves. Pure and simple. Paid for two hoodies, they came and they are appallingly bad quality. Can't even get anyone on the phone.

DO NOT ORDER from these crooks. The sweater I ordered did arrive after 4 weeks (from China to the Netherlands), but TOTALLY different material and quality than what I ordered based on the pictures on the the website. The product on the website is COTTON, what has arrived is 95% POLYESTER and 5% SPANDEX, and the overall quality worth 10% of the price. Avoid.

The product I received was not accurately depicted on the website and arrived after Christmas, despite the shipping timeframe estimate. Due to their strict return policy, I'm stuck with this overpriced crappy "sweater" I don't want. Avoid.

Cant access my account so ask for a reset password and nothing. Emailed them multiple times exactly like everyone else and no response from them.
Do the right thing and return my money.

I ordered a shirt the beginning of December for my son for Christmas. The shirt has still not arrived. I have sent three emails to the company inquiring about the order but still have not heard back from them.

I have ordered from this website twice. The products are always good, that is the reason I went back but it takes FOREVER to get what you order no matter whether it is a holiday or not (ordered 1st time the end of September). It cannot even be fully blamed on the shipping process, both times they took well over a month to even ship and DO NOT get expedited shipping. This is the main reason I gave such a low rating. This last time I paid extra (quite a bit extra) for expedited production and shipping. They charge extra because this apparently gets you faster shipping and puts your purchase on a production fast track. This is a lie. The production time actually took longer this time around and it is the same shipping used as the basic shipping. I will not be ordering again because of this.

Love the crewneck sweater, simple as that.

Saw the bad reviews, but cant vouch for them considering my personal experience with this company.

They come from China, so basically, if you live in the US, it will take a while. The product I recieved was exactly as I imagined.

The worst company...if you can call them that. First beware they say they have a 30 min return policy. After my experience I doubt that to be true. I ordered a Hanukkah “sweater” on Nov 22. I sent their customer service an email (since if you call them, their recording says email them and then it hangs up on you- no live person). But they don’t respond to email either. So you are totally screwed either way, oh, but they are very good at charging your credit card ASAP. So, after not being able to reach anyone and after realizing that my order was coming from CHINA , I decided to be patient and of course get a different gift for Hanukkah since it was obvious this was not coming in time for Hanukkah. Well, their website under tracking says it shipped on Dec 4 BUT the item came on Dec 21st! So it took 4 weeks: Nov 22- Dec 21. ! That is total BS. Oh, and It was not a sweater. It was a long sleeved shirt! Did I tell you I paid $50 for a long sleeved shirt??? Total BS. I will report this company to the BBB. They are not selling what they claim. You can’t call something an ugly sweater if it is not a sweater. They suck don’t waste your money! Now I promised to right another review if they respond to this review but I won’t hold my breath. They should have responded when I emailed them TWICE.

I wish I could leave less than 1 star. This experience was horrible. Similar to the other reviews, they don't respond to email and my order has been reportedly "in flight from China" for the past 14 days. That's one long-a$$ flight. Perhaps they tied my order to a flock of geese flying this way? Perhaps they affixed my order to a dolphin.

Awful. It's a scam. I spent $38 for rush shipping. It's been a month and it hasn't been shipped and they won't refund my money. It's a scam. There is no way to contact them.

Scam! Ordered 12/3 with expedited shipping, haven’t received the product, tracking numbers don’t work, and no email response (which is the only contact info they provide)

So disappointed!! I ordered two rompers on the 4th December 2018, paid extra for expedited shipping so they would arrive WELL before Xmas. They arrived on the 27th December. Never received a confirmation email, no tax invoice, no reply to emails. The product itself did not match what was on the website, as the crotch of the romper was almost at the knee!! Do not recommend buying from here, wish I had of read the reviews first.

Haven't received order - no way to contact

Ordered November 6. Currently December 19 and no sign of the order, no follow-up.

Do not order anything from this company! I've been waiting 3 weeks for my order and no response from them about the status of my order. I believe they stole my money.

Absolute worst company for customer service. First off companyn is not in Florida they are in China so don't think you are buying something state side. You never receive order confirmation, you never receive shipping information or tracking information. You can no longer call them which leaves emailing them and good luck with that they never return those either. They end up taking your money and you end going through your bank card trying to get your money returned. The product never arrives and you have no way of tracking it. Steer clear from this company if you dont want the headache of dealing with a total scam.
