I have tried to contact getoemparts several times to make a return. Not only is there No customer service by phone, they don't even answer emails or chats. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE! There will be no assistance.

Several days after ordering & paying for my desperately needed headlight for a 2011 Lincoln MKX (w/VIN # included) I get a “no reply” email saying my order is on hold due to a processing issue and then received another email from a customer service rep, Ashley Bousquet, explaining the VIN for my Ram truck doesn’t match the part ordered and asking if I want to change my order or be refunded. I sent a reply to her right away days ago explaining how important my immediate need is for this part is and left my phone number and still haven’t received any response. The website has no phone number to call so I tried the “live chat” a couple times but there was no person responding to the chats. Ive explained that I live in an area with extreme winter driving conditions and driving with only one headlight in a blizzard is dangerous. I do not have an extra $600 to buy elsewhere. I’ve had no response for 3 days. Had Siri search for a phone # for Getoemparts.com the number I called was answered by a woman who told me they share the same name and are associated to OEMParts but not the company I ordered from and they have no telephone. At this point I’m wondering if they even exist at all,…

I ordered and received the part with what I consider a typical amount of time. However, upon inspection of the part, I discover a defect that makes the part useless. The PCV port is completely blocked. I have tried to find a phone number on their web sight and no go. Found one in a google search and called it. I got a message that they do not accept phone support anymore to either email or use their live chat. I have done both multiple times. The emails has not been answered and the live chat just sits there until it disconnects.

This part is expensive and I am not a happy camper.

Ordered a part over 2 weeks ago and still haven't received it. I've tried reaching out to them but live chat doesn't work and there is no phone number to call. The post office says there is a problem with the bar code GetOemParts put on the package. Will never order from them again.

Went to web site to order a simple part for my 2011 Ford Edge keyless door pad, submitted my info along with vin number to make sure the part was the right one but after ordered and paid then a day later was sent a email saying that the order was on hold. Well I did go back to website to get number for customer service but only by email is the way they can be contacted. So sent email but yet no response, but was emailed again to say the part I should get is the right one but in black…. My car is silver. Very bad service and it seems they don’t know how to check vin number. I will never use them again

Received a part for my Grandson's Christmas present which was a "new" GMC emblem for his soon-to-be 1997 truck. When he and his dad went to install it, one of the attaching tabs was broken off. Tried to contact company with no response. This was not a cheap part.

Deplorable company. Against my better judgement I ordered a lower grille insert for my Rebel after I hit a deer. Order went thru and then got email that OEM needed the vehicle vin number to make sure the correct part is ordered. I supplied the vin number.
Got a subsequent email stating that the part was back ordered, I said I was in no hurry. Grille came last week, grille did not have front factory installed sensors pockets. I have utilized every option OEM offers, email, text,etc with zero response! Of course their phone number does not get answered.
Do not order anything from this scam company.

I placed my order on Jan 5, Today is Feb 1. I still Do Not Have a tracking number. The only way I managed to get correspondence on Jan 25 was by leaving a review listing the frustrations we had experienced prior. I received 1 email on the 25th acknowledging that that they hadn’t responded and 1 email the same day partially responding to my requests. I continued to try to professionally reach out to these folks , 1. To communicate order information ( I was told a part was cancelled but it was still on the order)
2. I requested a part to be deleted from the order 4 times in 4 separate requests over a 6 day time frame. Absolutely No reply to that request
3. Only after my review on the 25th did they tell me the order would ship And said it would in 1-2 days. Today is a week later- No tracking Number yet!
I sent my last email on the 31st stating that I do not wish to resort to leaving bad reviews to accomplish normal business and will not do so if we can only have basic communication that constitutes a professional business- No reply- No acknowledgment- No assistance.
I leave the decision up to you as a consumer - Is this frustration, lack of basic communication, lack of basic action a professional business you wish to buy from?

This company sucks, it's a 3rd party seller. No communication via email or phone. Sent me a tracking number when the shipper hasn't even received the part. That was a week ago, now no answers in any way. SHOP ELSEWHERE!

Your customer service doesn't exist. Can't get someone to return an email. No phone number to contact and no response to email. How do we return inaccurate items?

The price was about the same as other places, but the shipping cost half as much! OEM part, great price. I would return to this website.
