The customer support at Notion is top notch. I love their professional and speedy service. No run around or excuses. Gave me the answers I needed. This was the second time I needed help and they provided it 110% each time. Thank you for hiring the right people. They all deserve praise.

Quick delivery, easy setup, innovative sensors.

The sensors are easy to activate and work so well! They have alerted us on a couple of occasions that we had a leak. We were so happy we expanded our collection! Well worth it!

Dreadful! Dreadful! and downright Dreadful! Don’t waste your time. Sensors don’t work and the ‘bridge/base station’ kept dropping out even though it was three feet from my modem. I’d set it up and worked for about 20minutes then I’d get messages saying it wasn’t working and I’d have to the install the whole thing from scratch.
Well after the sixth time in two days I gave up. Called Custer service to complain only to be told to keep trying. I gave it another try as they said it would ‘settle down!’ Not sure how that works. After another three attempts. I’ve given up. I now have damaged plaster on my ceilings as a result of trying to remove the sensors that I placed where they said I should.
I’ve a good mind to bill you for the damage to my plaster. Or put in a claim but given this is your idea of customer service then claim would likely be a moot point. Any way I’ve move my insurance to another company

I purchased Notion home monitoring sensors when my Wally sensors ceased to function a few years ago (2020). Notion sensors are easy to set up and work great. I change AAA batteries about every 6 months.This latest purchase replaced a few of my Notion sensors that went bad after about 3 years.

Not sure what magnets do in the system, but I have had to replace them twice in the short time I've had the system installed.

Notion has already helped me divert two potential bad problems. The one in my refrigerator notified me of temperature spike due to dying compressor and Crawlspace sensor alerted me to overflow of dehumidifier bucket. I have given 4 starter packs to family members because it works!!!
