GetMyFirstJob Arvostelua

If you require anything to do with Early Careers - whether that’s advice, end to end support or a network of like-minded recruiters: TheTalentPeople are where you should start.

They’re quality operators who know the market inside and out.

I would go nowhere else with my Early Careers requirements.

An excellent opportunity to connect with peers, share learnings and knowledge and network. I find my hour is so well spent and the topics are extremely relevant to my job role.

Claire made the process really clear to understand. She had a great manner and put me at ease. I am looking to the opportunities this will present.

The recruiter was super helpful with my pre interview phone call. She asked me questions to get me comfortable for a potential interview, along with giving me tips for interviews and lots of information on the company I'm looking to apply at.

From an employer perspective, Getmyfirstjob/ThetalentPeople are absolutely fabulous! Their team are always approachable, knowledgable and have developed my knowledge in Early Careers. They are always on hand to support any recruitment or strategy needs and have a brilliant portfolio of services that they are able to offer an employer. I have regularly joined their monthly roundtables which are a fantastic opportunity to network and discuss highly relevant topics, even Tiktok! Will continue to use and recommend GMFJ throughout my career.

Had a lovely interview with Clare Watson today , she made everything really simple and easy to understand. The advice for future interviews was invaluable, thank you ! The whole procedure was well thought out and I feel confident to secure a position in the future . Brilliant Experience !

I have been working with GetMyFirstJob from an employer perspective for a number of years. The whole team are extremely approachable and engaging. I attend the monthly Roundtable’s that the team organise. I really value these sessions always gain something. I can’t recommend the group enough and would encourage anyone to work with them.

The team at GMFJ are all excellent, and true subject matter experts. The enagagement that they have with the Early Careers community, across the board, is second to none, and the community spirit of knowledge sharing raises the bar for us all.

Richard Oliver and GetMyFirstJob were very helpful in introducing me to this opportunity and providing guidance and support throughout. Richard gave me helpful advice on how to prepare for my interview and work trial and was very understanding towards some of my concerns. He provided efficient communication between me and the employer and prompt feedback after the interview and work trial. Although I did not get the job I have definitely gained confidence and experience and Richard made the experience a lot easier for me. Very good service.

I’m delighted with the apprenticeship I got from the website. Speaking with Richard was very helpful and he made the process much easier. His service was very useful.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Aaron during my application. Very kind and genuine, feels like you are actually speaking to a genuine human being and not a automated machine.

I have spoken with Clare, Maria and Aaron, all have provided me with guidance and advice when required. Also, very swift responses and plenty of courses on offer.

I spoke primarily with a lovely young lad called Aaron during my application and interview process. Through all stages he was kind, courteous and equally honest in giving feedback.

The whole process felt personal and hospitable. No complaints!
