I have been attending the GetMyFirstJob employer roundtables for a number of years now and I always find the conversations to be well facilitated so that everyone has an opportunity to share and learn what is happening in the early careers market. I have also been working with them on our apprenticeship attraction and recruitment for 2 years and found the team to be a supportive, responsive partner and they give our candidates a great experience.

I have had the most wonderful telephone interview for a chef apprenticeship with Clare, she was really friendly and made me feel comfortable speaking my thoughts.

This company is amazing offers all the support you may need when looking into getting your first job, they make sure your ready for it.

Clare is an amazing recruitment manager. She went through the apprenticeship description very clearly and went through it step by step for me to understand what I am going into, and also gave me tips on what to expect at the interview and how to approach questions.

Clare has helped me out with my understanding of the apprenticeship that I’ve applied for and made me realise what I've had to polish my skills on for this position.

I spoke with Clare and she really helpful and gave me lots of information and took time to listen and also give me advice. The site really helped me get more information but also to look elsewhere to see if there was anything else that took my interest.

Clare had been interviewing me and was incredibly patient, professional and most of all helpful. She was willing to listen to any concerns or questions I had, guided me through any challenges I was having and gave handy details about the job I had applied to.

Clare was very professional and helpful and didn't mind to repeat anything if I happened to forget. They were great on timing and was a pleasant experience overall.

Clare was a great interviewer, very informative 30 minute interview gave more than enough information very easy to talk to would recommend using getmyfirstjob!

Having just finished a call with one of their talent team, that due to family matters needed to be scheduled later than originally intended, I can certainly say that if the rest of the team are as considerate and compassionate as the person I interacted with, it speaks highly about their dedication to presenting people from all backgrounds with opportunities to move into businesses that will nurture an interest into a potential new employment and they certainly deserve all the 5 star reviews present on this page. Anyone looking for support in finding either their first position of employment or desiring a transition into a job where their skillset can be better utilised should give them a chance to help.

I had an interview with Clare, who was so kind and helpful. I was quite nervous for my interview, and at times stumbled on a few questions, but she was quick to reassure me and guide me in the right direction.

My experience with GetMyFirstJob has been brilliant from the moment I signed up! I recently applied for a role and had the best experience on call with John Proctor, who had explained everything about the role that I applied for and even gave me the extra help I needed on my CV before sending it off to the employer. Thanks so much John, for making my experience extremely comfortable and fun!

My experience with GetMyFirstJob has been incredible. Both David and Megan have been very supportive and instrumental in securing a role. They are kind, empathetic and encouraging.

David's off-the-cuff tips on video interviews and Megan's reassurance with assessment days were pivotal in my journey.

I could not have secured the role without their support and guidance.
