Great service, hard workers and very polite! Would use them again!

Caleb and Braden were our movers and they were FANTASTIC! Truly went above and beyond for us. We could not have moved in without them. I cannot say enough amazing things about this duo. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, respectful, and genuinely kind. They showed up on time, came prepared, and immediately put us at ease during what is normally one of the most stressful experiences.

They handled everything with care — furniture, fragile items, boxes, you name it — and treated our home and belongings like they were their own. Nothing was rushed, nothing was damaged, and they worked incredibly fast while still being extremely thorough. The teamwork and communication among them was impressive to watch.

What truly set them apart was their attitude. Both of them were polite, positive, and willing to go above and beyond. They checked in often, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it. Not once did we feel like an inconvenience or “just another job.”

If you’re on the fence about hiring movers, stop looking and book these guys immediately. They are worth every single penny and then some. Moving is stressful — these two made it seamless, smooth, and honestly pleasant, which I didn’t think was possible.

We would recommend them 1000% and will absolutely use them again for any future moves.

I had the pleasure of working with Mason, Tyler, and Lucas from Moving Muscle today, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment they arrived, they were courteous, friendly, and ready to get to work. They were incredibly helpful and hard working throughout the entire move, handling everything with care and a positive attitude.

All of these young men were not only efficient and focused, but also very easy to work with—always agreeable and respectful. They made what could have been a stressful day go smoothly, and it was clear they all takes pride in doing a job well.

The gentleman that came were amazing. They were fast and efficient, to the point where a job is thought was going to take most of the time I paid for, they got it done in half the time. I really appreciate the work they did. I'd got as far to say even if the price of these guys go up I will happily pay.

I called Moving Muscle for a quote to move a family member from Raleigh to Charlotte, they were so helpful with providing me all the information I needed. Their office staff is very knowledgeable and easy to work with and when the time come I will be calling them to book any and all moves I have or need.

RUN AWAY from this company. We booked them through uhaul in March for a move and they were terrible. Booked 2 guys and one showed up an hour late with no notice. They had zero experience or idea what they were doing. Didn’t wrap any of our furniture, didn’t remove drawers from dressers, no clue what to do. My husband and I had to move a lot of the furniture ourselves the first hour while we waited for the other guy to show up and that’s only the beginning. They brought my daughter’s brand new dresser downstairs and the drawers fell out and broke and they also broke our floor. They texted pictures to their boss Jordan at that time (they told us they were and we saw them do it). Then it came time to move a brand new fridge out. These guys had no clue how to muve appliances even with the dolly. I told them we had to remove the fridge doors first but they insisted they would get it out the door even though they didn’t measure either. They got the fridge to the doorway and shocker it didn’t fit. So they propped it up on the back corner and broke the wheel and then BROKE MORE OF MY FLOOR. Again, they took photos and sent to their boss Jordan to notify him. Fast forward, they finished loading the truck, did NOT secure anything and just piled what they could into the back. Again, they took photos of the truck loaded to send to Jordan that the job was complete. When we got to our new house and opened the truck EVERYTHING was broken. I’m talking they put all our wall apart, canvases, mirrors etc. on the floor of the truck then threw the couches on top, so all my photos broken, mirrors shattered. We had one of those standing tool chests with the. Roll out drawers, brand. Ew, they shoved it in at the end and didn’t secure it so the top half fell over and damaged our brand new fridge, couches, dining room table, bar stools. One of our shelving units was split into 10 pieces and fell right out of the truck. I had purchased insurance through uhaul and this company to cover damage. When I filed a claim uhaul said it was denied because this company wouldn’t respond to any calls, emails or send photos to them. All I have are the photos of the broken items and flooring and they won’t use it. I’ve reached out to moving muscle NUEMROUS times through phone, email, text, you name it. My attorney also has reached out. The only response we got was from JORDAN who said he would contact uhaul and get this figured out for us but instead he didn’t and hasn’t responded to either of us. And good luck trying to get someone to answer the phone there. I’ve filed a complaint with the BBB as well. We have over $7,000 worth of damage to all of our stuff, and we can’t even get a call back. Save yourself the trouble, don’t bother with the insurance and RUN far away from this company.

Kason and Mitchell were respectful of my property and very professional. They moved efficiently and were thoughtful in how they packed my storage building. Highly recommend them for any job.

I would strongly endorse Moving Muscle for any moving job. I like the way the company communicated before the moving date to confirm Date/Time of move, etc. Sam and Jesse called me 30 minutes before arrival time to let me know they were on their way. They arrived on time and worked hard to get my furniture moved without damage. They were courteous and professional and went above and beyond! THANK YOU, MOVING MUSCLE!!!!

These guys were the best help I could have hired. They were very efficient and professional. They were on time and did a great job throughout the loading. I highly recommend this team of movers. You will be highly satisfied .

Movers were perfect in every way! Lots of heavy furniture was moved in the rain and and I couldn't be happier with their work.

Both helpers, Melvin and Isaac were polite, courteous and respectful. They did an excellent job of moving me. I would definitely recommend this company.

We booked Moving Muscle through UHaul, they were great. The movers, Alex, Ethan, and Santi were perfect. They got everything done in a timely manner and were safe with everything. Good College kids with great work ethic!

Guys were fantastic! Very motivated and focused on tasks at hand.

This company was the best choice for moving long distance. The staff is friendly & very responsive too. The movers were on time & got everything packed up with time to spare also. Highly recommend them if you’re in the Charlotte area.

I didn’t mind so much that they were 2 hours late since they called. But they told me they couldn’t fit everything in the POD which was not true. Unfortunately I did not micromanage them as there were large gaps of space left. We actually went and rearranged things and not only were we able to fit the washer and dryer, but a nightstand, box spring and mattress along with several other items. Then they left several dents in the wall. I messaged the person I was in contact with on Saturday but received no response regarding the damages. I was hoping to use the same company to unload in a few weeks but definitely will not use them again.

Sorry this might be a longer post but I think it will be worth the read. I have had moving companies move me in the past on at least 4 occasions. This time I priced them handling the entire move including the truck but the prices are way too high. Then we decided it might be a good idea to hire just the movers and when doing a Google search I found Moving Muscle. First of all, moving muscle is not the only company that offers this service, however, the price is the lowest I was able to find. Obviously, the term "you get what you pay for" came to mind and I was a bit leery at first but wanted to try based on others' reviews like this one. The movers from moving muscle were on time, in fact, Mack, one of the two movers, came a day before, LOL, but it was good to see they were ready and aware of the move to come. THEY HANDLED EVERYTHING!!! Both movers dived right in and organized the packing of the truck in an effort to fit everything in the 16" truck. They tied things in, they loaded in layers, they put the mattress and box spring in place to prevent anything from falling and I had nothing to worry about. Nothing was damaged in the move at all, they took great care of our possessions. The move I had scheduled them for three hours but when I went to get the truck, they did not have it ready and I was late getting back. However, by the time I got there with the truck, they already had several things on the sidewalk ready to load. The move itself, because I was late, ended up taking longer than expected. I asked if I could add them for an additional hour and they agreed.
When they were all done they ended up giving me the last hour FREE OF CHARGE!!! Blew my mind to have any company throw in an extra hour of labor gratis. Both movers were hardworking, polite, and courteous and they got everything in no problem! All in all, it was by far the best moving experience I have ever had!! We plan on staying where we moved for quite some time but my wife and I agreed, when we move again I will have moving muscle handle everything and I can rest assured that everything will be done correctly, efficiently, and fast. Thank you Moving Muscle, we appreciate you guys!!! By the way, tip these guys well, they deserve it!!
