The odd part is the proposals do not read robotic; they borrow lines from the job post the way our writers used to.

Cons, because the negative reviews were not totally wrong. It still only works with Upwork, my teammate on Firefox had to switch to Chrome, stats occasionally lag a few hours and once the sending calendar slipped into the wrong timezone (Yuri complained about the same thing and we caught it too). There is no dark mode so the white screen fries my eyes at 2 a.m. And if you let Auto Top-Up go wild the Connects bill grows fast—Visual Studios called that out and yep, it can bite.

Support is as fast as other reviewers promised. I pinged them about hiding internal tags and the fix landed two days later. Not magic, but it beats waiting a week for an Apollo ticket.

While some drawbacks exist, such as certain features still being in beta or disabled, I appreciate that they have delivered on all promised functionalities. Additionally, the support team is outstanding — responsive, professional, and proactive in their communication. They provide valuable feedback and assistance, which stands in stark contrast to the support I’ve encountered on UpWork))

Therefore, I was surprised to see a lot of negative feedback about Getmany's service here. It seems that some users don’t realize that utilizing any tool, especially for automating processes like outbound lead generation, requires specific skills, workflow knowledge, and constant human guidance. No tool can completely replace a human specialist; it can only make your work easier, but it won't do everything for you.

I find it a powerful tool that can change your approach to generating leads and provide you with valuable insights.

The results provided by their system are nonexistent. The support they offer is inadequate, as they merely respond with generic platitudes without providing any actionable, step-by-step guidance on how to effectively acquire clients. Despite adhering to their exact cover letter instructions, the AI proved to be virtually ineffective in comprehending the briefs, resulting in inappropriate applications and weak, irrelevant cover letters.

Utilizing their system does not provide any added value. Their "AI" lacks the ability to adapt to diverse proposals and perform effective bidding, resulting in poor outcomes. Furthermore, it lacks judgment capabilities, rendering it incapable of truly being considered AI. Instead, it functions as a simplified search and filter system with pre-written responses with little regard for context.

While it is theoretically possible to achieve some level of success by spending considerable time fine-tuning the system, this approach is ultimately counterproductive as one can achieve better results by utilizing AI tools independently, at no cost.

The most concerning aspect is their advertisement of “free refunds” on their main page, which they blatantly disregard. After paying for two months without any tangible results, including zero responses to automated bids, they refused to honor the refund request. Having a disclaimer of "free refunds" on their home page yet refusing to honor it is a clear case of false advertising. This alone is worth the 1 star rating, as it's completely unacceptable. If they did honor what they claim, and refunded clients when they deliver no results, I'd be inclined to be more lenient, as I suppose the system could work better for the right niche, even if it doesn't work for me.

I'd have been very happy to pay for the service if it did bring in any results. As things are, I strongly advise against using their system. Instead, I recommend opting to do it yourself by utilizing free AI tools.

EDIT:

In response to their response below, I initiated further communication regarding the refund. I engaged in a conversation with the company’s founder, who attempted to retain me as a customer by extending the service’s duration at no cost. However, they failed to address my concerns and declined to process the refund, saying it couldn’t be done because I was “past the beginning of your subscription period and you’ve already used the service.”

It is important to note that I did not get a single lead or sale through the service, so it was of no use to me. Besides, their homepage explicitly states that free refunds are available without any qualifications. Furthermore, this information regarding refund policy was not communicated to me at any point during the onboarding process.

In any case, I have no interest in continuing with the service, even if it were offered at no cost, as it does not meet the advertised standards and and it's more effort than it's worth given the results. It simply does nothing for my business, and it’s a net negative in terms of time sink vs reward.

Overall, this experience has been profoundly negative.

We recently subscribed to GetMany, hoping for a smooth experience, but were immediately hit with obvious bugs that made it feel like we were beta testing the product. Why am I paying to test your solution? The bugs were so glaring, I honestly felt like we were the very first customers using the platform.

To make matters worse, GetMany spammed our bank account with thousands of payment requests, leading to our account being blocked. We had to spend the entire day working with our bank’s support team to resolve the issue, at a crucial time—right at the end of the month, when we needed to pay our contractors.

And what did we get from GetMany’s support? A simple "sorry, we'll fix it." That’s it. No real help, no compensation for the hassle. Even after reaching out to their CEO, it became clear why the support is so inadequate.

Nice idea, but we ended up paying for a broken service that caused more problems than it solved. I wouldn’t recommend GetMany unless they fix their product and drastically improve their support.

I had a trial week with getmany.io. Overall, the product is not awful, but it is definitely underdeveloped. For example, basic features like filtering based on category are not present at the moment, which is really bad because job searches find many irrelevant jobs, and the only way to skip them is to spend tens of hours eliminating them by keywords.

Also, other important features like auto-reply on clients' questions are "undercooked."

But I was seriously considering buying. My trial ends today, but I didn't want to go with the tier that I picked in the first place, so I canceled my subscription to ask a few more questions and ask about the process of onboarding on a higher tier.

In response to that, Kyrylo Kozak - founder and owner of Getmany.io, rushed into our chat and, without asking anything, wrote this: "Life is a pain!

"Life is a pain" - is a way to somehow make a joke of me because my last name is "Pain" in Ukrainian.

I also checked his social media and found out that he is scandalous, manipulating, and tends to lie about competitors to win the competition.

As a result, the product is underdeveloped, the founder - is completely inadequate, and his team has bad knowledge about their own product.

Think twice before buying a subscription!!
