Ordered my son a pair of trainers from get kicks which arrived within two weeks and he was made up with them.
I have then gone on to order a pair for my husband on the 17/5/26 and still have not received them.
There is no tracking details and then on shop it’s saying store unavailable and be back soon. God knows what is going on. Also sent email to customer service and no reply. Very disappointed 😡

I have made an order nearly two weeks ago and have received no updates other than an email with a tracking site link. The delivery service shows that it’s still waiting for the carrier and there has been no updates on that page since the first date of purchase. I have sent multiple emails to fetch kicks to get an update with absolutely no response. This customer service is unacceptable. I wish I would’ve seen the other reviews earlier before I wasted my money. Now I have absolutely no certainty if I’ll ever get my purchase. I’ll never shop from this ‘vendor’ again.

Trainers just arrived after 3 weeks and I’m made up with them. Big discount on the price so well worth waiting for. Cheers

It has been a month and the products still hasn’t been received, no updates and no responses to my emails.

Ordered trainers 4wks ago. tried emailing 3 times still no reply. must be a scam 🤬.

Scam Page Don’t Not Order Shoes Never Come Been 5 weeks Since order

Wouldn’t even get a star if I could pick. Ordered over 3 weeks ago. No tracking, no response to emails. Shoes probably won’t be turning up - SCAM Company do not buy!!!

Communication not great, but shoes arrived in perfect condition, for an amazing price.

Shocking customer service!!

I have bought a pair of trainers and cannot get a response with a valid tracking service. I have emailed the relevant address and made 2 online enquires on the actual site. At this point i am unsure if they will ever show up.

5 weeks in and no product, I lodged a complaint with my bank and got my money back. Give up waiting and try that

I would not recommend using this site!

I have not received my order. When I track it says it has been on a plane for over a week.

Prima verzorgd, binnen 1week bezorgd, niks mis mee

Een week geleden schoenen besteld, maar nog steeds niks ontvangen. Als ik contact zoek wordt er vaak niet op mijn berichten gereageerd of er wordt beloofd dat ze het gaan uitzoeken maar vervolgens hoor ik niks meer.

This is the 3rd review im asked to spend my attention on. I liked the first 2 times since I bought 2 pairs of shoes. Also I got to plant a tree in SA that was I must say the best and the nicest reward any company has ever offered in my opinion. Please keep doing that, it means Getkicks is now in my top list for buying sneakers online. Only thing is the fact that I like to prefer Getkicks does not give you or me any guarantees that Getkicjk will in fact offer the products I am interested in. None the less I will check up and thanx for the Tree planting. Keep up the good work :-)

2 paar gekocht via veilingsite BVA, na 2 weken 1 paar ontvangen. Nu nog wachten op het tweede paar. Duidelijk niet voorbereid op online sales. Geen aanrader wat mij betreft
