Great job, I love the service and healthy lifestyle

I can’t say enough about how grateful I am for HealthSpan. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, professional, and trustworthy. Booking an appointment through their provider was easy, customer service was great, and all the information on their site, including links to reviewed studies, gave me full confidence in moving forward. There was never anything “fishy” about the experience, which is rare when it comes to telemedicine and online prescriptions.

But the real story is the impact it’s had on my life. I had been on the verge of asking my doctor to increase my ADHD medication dose because it felt like it wasn’t working anymore. After starting oxytocin through HealthSpan, everything changed. It gave me clarity, focus, and balance in a way I hadn’t felt in years. It doesn’t erase emotion; it levels me out so I can think clearly, make decisions based on facts instead of impulse, and manage my anxiety.

One of the biggest changes is with the gym. I used to get overwhelming social anxiety just thinking about going, and now I’ve been able to go consistently: three times a week, sometimes more. It’s become a routine, and for someone with ADHD, creating and keeping habits like that is huge. That alone feels like a breakthrough, but on top of it, I’ve rediscovered joy in small things, like playing music in my car again.

Even during a difficult time in my life, this has helped me keep going. I feel more grounded, more productive, and more myself. It’s truly been life-changing, and I’m beyond thankful for both the product and the service that made it possible.

I was looking for an intermittent Rapimycin prescription with someone to coach me through the process with periodic labs, etc. Healthspan is so far a pleasant surprise - it's exactly what I was looking for. As a bonus I plan to work with Jim (after a brief consultation) for fitness/healthspan coaching as well. If you want a full-service concierge doc, this isn't it. They offer other stuff and they seem to market it sometimes (don't really need it - I generally don't like taking medicines), but they're not pushy or obnoxious about it. If you're relatively knowledgeable and down the path already with much of the Medicine 3.0 stuff, the Healthspan service is great!

I’ve had more answers in just a few weeks from healthspan and I’ve had in decades from health practitioners. If you want to get a hold of your health without the runaround of doctors saying “everything looks normal, you should be fine”, I’d highly recommend healthspan. I just had a consult with Brandon and he was caring, patient, knowledgeable and gave me an action plan that didn’t include any new medications, just simple tweaks to my diet which is already generally healthy just missing a few things. I am so grateful for this company, maybe I can finally start feeling better and have more energy vs wasting valuable time waiting for my doctors to give me the brush off.
