Jim is a pro. We discussed several current protocols that are working wonderfully, added a new one, and removed a redundancy in medications. I highly recommend Healthspan for anyone that is looking to lead a healthier/longer life!

Rich was friendly!
Rich was friendly, however, he didn’t take the time to review my chart before our consult, nor did he ask me any questions about my current habits, which led to him making generic advice that didn’t fit with my current health level. For example, he suggested that I do aerobic activity, particularly endurance to help with my cholesterol, when I am already a distance runner. He suggested that I start cooking with olive oil, when I have already been doing that for years. He suggested that my fasting BG may have been slightly elevated due to not being used to fasting as well as anxiety from getting my blood drawn without first ascertaining that I already do a daily 16 hour fast, and as a healthcare worker I have no anxiety regarding blood draws. This would have been more helpful if he had gotten to know me a little bit before making suggestions, and as it was, I really got nothing out of it and am hoping for a more fruitful second conversation.
