Generally great products but labels could use improvement
Generally great products and relatively helpful staff. Shipping is all over the place, however, and it is extremely disappointing for products with dangerous ingredients (arnica is toxic to pets and your cat cbd treats should explicitly state if they contain the very common and frequently deadly allergen of shellfish) to not be clearly labeled with warnings. Dosage information is also not always provided.

Thanks so much for your feedback—we’re glad you’re enjoying the products and appreciate your kind words about our team! We understand your concerns about shipping delays, ingredient warnings (like arnica and potential allergens), and dosage clarity. Please know we’re actively working on improving all of these areas to ensure better transparency, safety, and consistency moving forward. Thanks again for helping us do better! 💛

Total scam
Total scam. Ordered 3 bottles on 2 April 2025 and received order. Just lollies in my opinion. On 27 May 2025 I received another 3 bottles I did NOT order. Phone fb number +61 8 6149 7530. Michael says they have no record of me and it must be a different company. I decided to try these because it seemed that Dr Kerryn Phelps (a highly respected medical practitioner) appeared to recommend them in the advertisement. I wonder does she know? These come from a warehouse in 1 International Drive, Westmeadows Victoria. I will be reporting to Scamwatch and Consumer Affairs. How long will I be paying $239 for 3 bottles of lollies?

No email or chat provided on website
I don't like that it takes them so long to deliver their item to me. Yes it's free shipping but still it shouldn't take two weeks. I don't like that there's no way to contact them by email or chat on their website. Yes there is a phone number and I have tried calling it and every time it hangs up on me. Please give us a way to contact you easily yes I could look up your email on Google but I don't think I should have to I think it should be provided I haven't got your item yet I've been waiting so I can't say whether I like or dislike your product.

Not getting what you pay for.
I go to happy hemp to get relief for my pain. But there's a problem there. Apparently they think that no one can buy digital skills and check the weight of what they are buying. The long haired girl behind the counter must be the owner or some family member. Everytime I go get my flower from there the weight is off!! This is the last time I go there. This time I am a half a gram short!! Check your weight when you go there or go to Snapdragon or Hemp House or any of the other places that sells hemp. You will get shorted if you go to Happy Hemp. Go buy some digital scales they don't cost much and see if I'm not right.

It seems like there might be some confusion, as we are strictly an online company and do not have any physical store locations.
I’m so sorry to hear you had a bad experience purchasing CBD, though. We hope you were able to resolve it with the company you bought from.
Thank you for your understanding!
