I tried out Handy Helper while it was still in beta, and I still use it today. The CRM functions are basic, but that's not what you use it for. The AI estimator has been the best thing for my new handyman business. It's fast, easy, customizable, and roughly 90% accurate for time to finish jobs. The materials requirements are hit or miss, usually on the higher side, but it's not meant to be exact. It's called an estimator, not a calculator. The Handy Helper team has always responded quickly for any issues or requests I've had, and they are very pleasant to speak with, especially Josh. They've been a huge help to me getting my business off the ground, and the new business academy and business advisor additions have been integral to my business's growth. I cannot recommend Handy Helper highly enough.
