I worked with GROWAI for 5 months. We invested an extremely LARGE amount of money with them for the first 3 months work (all at once) and the last 3 months were paid month to month. We were sold a super big bill of goods...so many guarantees...so many promises. Their sales team is the best. We had several calls and by the end - they convinced us this chat bot thing would work for our over 100K instagram followers. They said we would be rocketed to the top of the Meta algorithm, that they were basically in bed with Meta and knew exactly how to make this happen and they said their funnels would convert at 22%. Their team worked very hard to help us - they tended to over promise and under deliver when it came to time frames of completed funnels or projects but I know their team worked really hard. My team worked really hard too...but...if your audience is concerned at all with authetinicty - if they are turned off in anyway by chatbots or things that feel inauthentic or sale-sy they will not respond to this "technology." We also - after 5 months of 3 new funnels a week, never increased our algorithmic score...yes, the funnels converted at 22% but if only your core customers are engaged in them - you will not see the 20 to 30% increase in sales month after month that was promised. We invested an obscene amount of money - for us - a small business trying to find ways to survive in this economy. I truly wish we hadn't. We probably lost customers because this method feels so inauthentic. We were never sure what the "AI" was in the program. They use a program called ManyChat that you can program to do the same thing for far, far less. It was a real disappointment. I NEVER write reviews for agencies I have worked with that don't deliver but I am this time because I don't want another small business to succomb to their sales tactics without getting a full picture. I also must say it is interesting - as I went and read the reviews posted here that - within the last 3 months - the majority of the reviews were posted. When does that ever happen? Those don't seem like real reviews...how could they have so many clients all at once write reviews? That doesn't seem real. Just like their promises. Don't fall for it. I wish I had better things to say. But it simply doesn't work. *I gave one star because they did work very hard to TRY and make it work. Which just proves to me that their system is gravely flawed. Also 1 stars because they did let us out of our last month of the contract because it was so obvious that their program did not work. I will also say that I have owned and run a small business for 12 years and I am really tired of the promises that agencies make and the fact that they just continue on making empty promises, as small businesses, like ours suffer the consequences.
