As a Digital Marketing Agency that offers a comprehensive service it was important to us that an easy-to-use Support Ticket system was available to our clients, we were researching other options when the team out Glow reached out to us. This is a great service for people who manage multiple WordPress websites. The company is a startup, still in the early stages, but I managed to speak directly with the founder and he kindly allowed me to preview the beta version. I know he has big plans for the company and I very much admired his dedication to realising his ultimate goal of providing a genuinely useful service for developers and website managers.

There is no doubt that this will prove to be a valuable service run by customer focused people who care deeply about the user experience. The pricing looks very reasonable, too.
