I had a check for a large amount and I…

I had a check for a large amount and I wanted at least half back in cash my bank would only give me less then a quarter of the money. So I went to EZ Money they had a fee but I still got to have all the money back and got business taken care of. They took care of me when my bank failed me.

Very rude tellers

Very rude tellers. always have an issue where they dont believe my bank statement saying the check went thru. Even weeks after I did it. I switch over to paycheck advance now

I personally had never had any bad experiences, with the service at EZ Money, the staff is always friendly and courteous, and go out of their way to help, and be of service to everyone. In my opinion they are the best. In Omaha. Nebraska, located on 48th and Dodge.

I just talked to the young lady at the Grand location here in Des Moines and she was kind enough to allow an extension. Also she is very professional and has a lot of confidence in her ability to do her job. I have not been doing business with her very long but each time she is consistent with a good attitude and professionalism. I am giving this rating to you company because of her as I have never delt with anyone else and she deserves the 5 stars.

They treat you with respect and like…

They treat you with respect and like family; caring for your needs. Even when unable to pay back on time will work with you. I have had a great experience with this company. Glad they are there to help when needed.
