I had a mixed experience so far with my Dynasty trust. I signed up for a lifetime subscription knowing I would be making changes over the next decade or so. The most important part of the trust is moving our home into the trust.
The trust was easy to set up. Their representatives were fairly knowledgeable and responsive. My wife and I had a video conference with a lawyer to bind the trust.
When it comes to assets, you're on your own, with the exception of the home. They claimed we would receive a Quit Claim Deed within a few weeks. That was in the beginning of August 2024. It's now January 12, 2025 and we have yet to receive the deed.
I was fed up with the incessant excuses and assurances and when I had a free couple of hours, located the deed online and made some calls to the Records department for my county to ensure I filled it out properly. Once I got my answers, I filled it out in 4 minutes and had my neighbor notarize it and then went to the court house and recorded it in about 15 minutes.
Why this takes Dynasty or their third-party partner MONTHS to do is inexcusable.
I also wish there were templates regarding how to execute the trust.

Started Great, Now Not So Good. Stay Away

Initially the experience was very good. However I purchased a subscription to help move our assets into the trust. I was informed it could take up to 12 weeks to get a new deed created. That is a long time, but if the document was created correctly and within the expected time then ok. The problem is that the document has not been created. It has been well past 12 weeks. No updates. No status reflected in to web site. I would not use this service again, I would recommend it. At this point I am looking at legal options to get my money back and prevent other people from having to get through this experience.

What an excellent experience Dynasty is for our family trust.

What an excellent experience Dynasty is as a company creating a trust for our family very quickly, efficiently and professionally!

The yearly cost is worth it unless you want a lifetime commitment which is more money but it is cheaper than an attorney who charges for everything!

I would highly recommend Dynasty to everyone who needs asset protection and estate planning for their family!
