Dean helped me get my brand new Lexus…
Dean helped me get my brand new Lexus RX, and the entire experience was honestly incredible. With how high-demand this car is and how hard it is to find anywhere, I never imagined I’d be able to secure not only the exact car I wanted, but also the best deal without ever leaving my house.
Buying a car has always stressed me out, especially as a woman. It often feels like you’re either ignored or quoted a higher price, and that anxiety alone used to make me avoid the process altogether. Dean completely changed that for me. He handled everything, respected my time, and made sure I got the best possible deal without any pressure or wasted hours.
This experience truly shifted my mindset around buying a vehicle. I’m so grateful for this service it made the entire process easy, stress-free, and actually enjoyable

Thanks Nichole! It was a pleasure.
Expert negotiators
The car buying process has always been terrible for me, but having no choice in getting taken advantage of whether at the dealer or online (no negotiation whatsoever) in this economy has made it the worst it’s ever been.
When I worked with the Carhax team it finally felt like I was in control. I’ve never walked away from a dealership feeling like I won but I can say this time that I did. Well worth it and I will use the service again. Thanks!

You are amazing! Appreciate the feedback.
Saved $11K on my Ram 2500 Limited!
I was honestly hesitant because I felt that I could get a better deal with my Dads help. He use to be in car sales 10-15 years ago and thought he was the man for negotiating. We sat at the dealership for 3 hours and got the Ram 2500 Limited to $108K out the door but I felt like the dealership was just playing games and wasn't really trying to give any breaks. I decided to pay the $1,000 fee to CarHax to see if they could do any better and man did they not disappoint! I got the identical truck from a dealer 2 hours away for $97k out the door! Even my dad was blown away. I was trying to get the dealership to just go to $105K but getting the deal for $11K less 2 hours away was a no brainer. I will never buy a car without CarHax again! Thanks for the awesome work.
