Am liebsten 0 Sterne . Gerät ist total unzuverlässig.
Werte sind nicht real weiß nicht woher die kommen , im Vergleich mit anderen natürlich auch Hochpreisigeren Geräten keine Chance mitzuhalten. Rückgabe auch nicht möglich, nette Mails aber nur heiße Luft. Werde es entsorgen. Keine Empfehlung von mir

Dieses Unternehmen ist nicht einmal einen Stern wert, ein Fitness Armband bestellt und es funktioniert nicht , kein Umtausch , nichts , obwohl ein 14 tägiges Rückgabe Recht drin steht , per Mail kam die Aussage, sie berufen sich auf ihr Recht , das habe ich jetzt auch gemacht und sie auf jeder Plattform gemeldet und beim Verbraucher Schutz , das ist Betrug am Verbraucher

Parte dell'ordine non mi è stato spedito e rispondono alle richieste scrivendo di inviare mail.

Le loro comparazioni con la concorrenza sono ammiccanti . Nella pratica oggetto inutile . Misurazioni fuori norma e servizio clienti truffaldino . L’App a corretto è assolutamente una cinesata rispetto alla pubblicità . Dicono di provarlo quando l’ho fatto e non mi è piaciuto non accettano il reso perché l’ho usato . A seguire smettono di risponderti . Sto valutando di denunciarli .

We purchased two Bionny bracelets, and unfortunately the experience has been disappointing from start to finish.

The delivery took more than two weeks, and the package was handled by an unknown courier service that simply left it outside our property, making it easily accessible to anyone passing by.

After unpacking the bracelets, it quickly became apparent that one of them was malfunctioning and failed to transmit any data to the app. The second bracelet appeared to function better, but the accompanying app itself is very basic and provides limited useful insights. In addition, the translations throughout the app are poor, which further detracts from the overall user experience.

When I contacted Bionny customer support, I had to send several follow-up messages before receiving a response. Even then, the support provided was far from satisfactory. The company has refused to replace a defective bracelet and is unwilling to accept a return, citing vague and, in my view, legally questionable reasons.

Based on my experience with both the product and the customer service, I cannot recommend these health trackers and would strongly advise potential buyers to look elsewhere.

Das sind die größten Betrüger die rumlaufen. Nachdem ich festgestellt hatte das die Werte nicht mal was mit Schätzungen zu tun haben wollt ich den Müll zurück geben. Die Verbrecher berufen sich trotz Werbeversprechen auf ihre Wiederrufsklausel auf ihrer Homepage.

Achtung Scam!!! Das Band kostet bei Amazon 28€, wird dann mit "Bionny" beschriftet und für 130€ verkauft. Auf der Homepage ist die Rede von 14 Tagen Rückgaberecht, davon weiß die Firma plötzlich nichts mehr, wenn ihr das Band zurück geben wollt. Trackt unglaublich Fehlerhaft, als würden die Daten gewürfelt werden. Mit mittlerweile im Rechtsstreit mit Bionny.

I ordered their tracker a couple of weeks ago. Got a wonderful and promising whats up message that everything from ordering to delivery is going to plan and I could track the order with delivering agent YODEL. It turned out that I cannot do so. On 'View my order' in what's app it states the item is on its way, and that has not changed for a week now. Several messages via WhatsApp remained unanswered . Communication in that way is shockingly inadequate. Therfore I cannot recommend buying from Bionny.
Update:
The tracker finally arrived today 2nd June. Therfore I have to revise my verdict to 3 stars . It still does not excuse the lack of communication by BIONNY. I also have not tested the functionality and accuracy it promised in there promotion. Therefore I will update my review on the product again in due course.

**Bionny 4.0 Health Bracelet - Do Not Buy. Waste of Money.**

After purchasing the Bionny 4.0 health bracelet for €99, I've had a frustrating experience that I need to warn others about.

**Technical Issues:**
The QwatchPro app (on iPhone) only syncs daily steps with Apple Health. Workout data – which is the whole point of a fitness tracker – is NOT exchanged. This severely limits its usefulness as a health tracking device. The app is essentially non-functional for serious fitness monitoring.

**Unreliable Customer Service:**
When I decided to return the product, I discovered why they can afford cheap pricing: their return policy is deliberately designed to prevent refunds.

- The return process is intentionally complicated with unrealistic conditions
- Despite multiple emails to customer support, they simply won't provide a return address
- They make promises in their responses, but nothing actually happens
- You're constantly strung along – no resolution, just silence

**The Bottom Line:**
Bionny operates as an unreliable organization with zero customer commitment. They take your money and make it nearly impossible to get it back, regardless of the product's failures.

**My Verdict:**
Do not waste your €99. The phrase "cheap is expensive" perfectly applies here. There are far better fitness trackers at similar price points from companies that actually stand behind their products and provide functioning apps.

I strongly advise against this purchase. You will regret it.

Pessimo acquisto, valori totalmente inaffidabili. Ma la cosa allucinante non accettano il reso e rimborso perché è stato provato e aperta scatola. Incredibile uno come fa a provarlo? Azienda poco professionale é una truffa vera e propria.

Non fa quello che dice.
La misurazione dei parametri è totalmente inattendibile e quando vuoi fare il reso fanno mille storie affermando che non è un apparato medico e quindi non può essere usato per diagnosi. Chiaro. Ma qual'è l'utilità di prendere un oggetto che spara numeri a caso?

Nach meinem Widerruf bekam ich keine weitere Rückmeldung. Der Widerruf war fristgerecht. Ich halte das für Betrug.

Noch nicht mal einen Stern würde ich vergeben. Das ist Betrug. Es ist China Ware,ich musste es für 25 Euro in die Schweiz zurückschicken,dann kam es wieder an mich zurück weil es den Versender garnicht gab. Mittlerweile antwortet mir auch keiner mehr. Finger weg

Upon investigation, I learned that your device uses a proprietary Bluetooth protocol that is incompatible with the industry-standard BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) Heart Rate Service (GATT 0x180D) specification. This means that heart rate data collected by your bracelet is locked within your proprietary app ecosystem and cannot be exported or integrated with third-party applications—a significant limitation that was not clearly communicated at the point of sale.

This is a critical flaw in your product design. In 2026, fitness enthusiasts expect their devices to interoperate across multiple platforms. The fact that your bracelet's health data cannot be shared with my Garmin watch or used to power my indoor cycling workouts makes the device substantially less valuable than advertised.

My questions are:

1. Does the Bionny bracelet support the standard BLE Heart Rate Service protocol? If not, why not?
2. Are there any plans to implement industry-standard Bluetooth protocols to enable third-party integration?
3. Why was this limitation not clearly disclosed in the product description?

I would appreciate a transparent response regarding your product's technical limitations and your roadmap for improving cross-platform compatibility. Otherwise, I will be pursuing a return and recommending that potential customers consider competitors whose devices actually integrate with mainstream fitness ecosystems.

Der letzte Müll zum hohen Preis. Tolle Anzeigen, wovon kein einziger Wert stimmt.

Wenn es Minusbenotungen gäbe, dann hätte dieser Mistladen eine solche verdient! Tricksen nach allen Regeln der Kunst: "Stammsitz" in USA, Lieferung aus China, Kunden-"Service" in Frankreich, Rücksendeadresse in der Schweitz.
Und das Schlimmste: Das Ding funktioniert nicht und ist ein billiges Rebranding von H59 (was übrigens bei mir ziemlich gut funktioniert!).
Und die größte Frechheit: Die vergleichen sich mit Whoop!
Der Verbraucherschutz müsste denen ein Verkaufsverbot ins Haus schicken, damit nicht noch mehr Gutgläubige auf diesen Betrugs-Laden reinfallen.
Schlimm, dass man bei Gesundheitsthemen so abgezockt wird!!
