Get Bali Visa was the easiest visa process I've ever had. I just submitted the docs on WhatsApp and they took care of everything. They even helped me figure things out when there was an Indonesian holiday and the offices were closed. Great customer service and I always get an answer or response right away. I will definitely be using them when I extend my visa and any time I come back. Also a big plus was not having to stand in line at customs for hours when I arrived. Legit service and have used it twice over the last couple of years. Only interacted with them on WhatsApp, and they’re very responsive but you can tell different people are servicing the chat so the experience can be all over the place. Only real complaint is the price is getting very high on the second renewal by almost 2x
