I’ve had a really good experience with Akko phone insurance and honestly feel like it’s one of the better options for protecting my phone without paying an outrageous monthly price. It’s been a week and all I have gotten are the run arounds and getting nowhere close to getting my phone repaired. First they needed a video with the device account number, then they wanted another video with the device serial number. Then they wanted another video with the device serial number but filmed from back side first. Then they said screw it let’s make you run around town but don’t get your phone fixed yet. Some sort of a joke people, don’t fall for it.

Update: My review stands, the attitude this company holds towards client left more negative impact and bad taste than the accident itself. Not going to allow to be clowned around. Paid for the repair out of pocket and moved along.
