company sells the talk, the item is not what they say it is, they send you something very different, the item they sell is the same on Amazon, not what they advertise on their website.Also when wanting a refund forget it, you won't get one, a very bad company, rude to customers,I would advice avoid this company like the plague

I was really excited about trying this ball for my young Border Collie.
However, after two weeks of trying it, including a session with my dog trainer, my dog just wanted to carry it around the garden.
I requested a "no questions asked " refund & this was the response I received from Whisk (after they questioned my reasoning which I had actually stated in my original email)
"Thank you for getting back to us. I've reviewed your case and I completely understand your situation.
I'd like to let you know that, in accordance with our returns policy, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. As our returns centre is located outside of Europe, the shipping costs can be equivalent to or even higher than the value of your order.
To save you from these charges, we'd like to offer you a partial refund of 30% of your order value, and you keep the product. We believe this is the most practical solution for you.
Please let me know if this works for you and I'll process it straight away".
Seriously avoid! I bought from this company thinking I was buying a premium product (at a premium price) and got sent after a couple of weeks some cheap piece of rubbish. Nothing like the nice quality shown on their website. Customer service has been utterly frustrating wish I’d read these reviews rather than the (likely fake) reviews on their site.
Avoid Avoid Avoid! Item arrives not as advertised to start with. Also arrived with puncture so won't stay inflated. Customer service wouldn't refund even with video evidence. They will offer you 30% or you have to send to Asia at your own cost even though item arrived faulty. Worst customer service I have come across in a long time.
Awful company. Quality is very poor. Stitching broke within 4 minutes of use. They say they have issued a replacement. I asked to return for a full refund. They came back with a very rude email saying “ let’s be honest you broke it!” Never dealt with such an unprofessional company. They say claim on the website 30 day money back guarantee. This is not the case.
