Scam . I have made some research from a Chinese friend of mine and he found out that Geruikang is running a SCAM . It is not a Registered Company , no address to be found .
Beware and share this information. I Was Scammed out of a sit -to - stand Mobility support . I wrote Two e- mails to to their Support Tesm and NEVER was acknowledged.
I will report the matter to the Chinese Embassy because surely they can trace these Criminals through their IP
Address.

Scam ordered a walker for my elderly mother on Facebook and it never came . Tracking says delivered! Have contacted several times but no one got back to me. Don use this company absolute scam . What kind of people use mobility aids to scam people! Lowest of the low

SAID ORDER DELIVERED BUT NOTHING ARRIVED AND CCTV HAS NO RECORD OF A DELIVERY

SCAMMERS. It’s unfortunate that TikTok allowed this scam on their platform. I purchased glass bowls on 2May 2026, got confirmation and tracking number but all a scam. Emailed them no reply..They charged my account on Geruikang.com and now they are Finemater.
So pathetic.

On the 5th July 2026 I ordered and paid throug Apple Pay the amount of €49.95 for a "Two-in-one wall-mounted air conditioner". I even received an email containing confirmation of the Order. On the 11th July I received a very vague notice of tracking stating that the parcel was in Hong Kong. I immediately wrote to the company to tell me which courier or freight forwarding company was being used. No reply was received and then total silence from the company. I started to smell a dead rat and immediately I googled the company's name and realised through TRUSTPILOT that there were about 29 reviews all stating that they were scammed. I immediately contacted my bank to effect a stop payment but the payment had already went through. I agreed with the bank to give it some time to see the outcome of the transaction. I continued to follow the tracking and sure enough the information was being updated. This gave me hope that after all this was not a scam. Until today when I effected another tracking query, and to my astonishment the tracking advice stated that "签收My address (hidden for obvious reasons) - Delivered".
This confirmed what I was supposing from the start and also confirmation of the 29 Reviews. GERUIKANG is a FRAUDULENT COMPANY AND EVERYONE SHOULD BE AWARE OF as it still has a website offering products on the cheap side.
I have immediately statrted proceedings to recoup the amount.
This also shows that certain tracking systems are in themselves fraudulent and are manipulated by the sellers themselves (especially chinese).
If requested I shall produce the tracking history as well.

What a waste of money, they scam me, i order a blending machine, over six months now I never got my order, please don't buy anything from this Geruikang website it's a scam

ordered a foldable walking rollator on 18th June, paid for it and received confirmation that it had been shipped by DHL Express Shipping and a tracking number. Nothing under that number so contacted DHL Express Shipping. This was their reply: MHYxxxxxxxxxCN is not DHL it is China Post and MHY is Geruikang. When packages from China Post arrive in Cyprus they are handed over to the local national postal You can track this package by going direct to the Cyprus Post Track and Trace Page. If you still cant find the location of the package you can phone them on 0357 22805800 or email them I sent an email to the Cyprus Post and await a reply from them.

Ordered a fan on ticktock for €30 the money was taken on 26June 2026. I've received no update.
I've sent two messages but no answer.
Definitely wouldn't recommend them something very doggy going.

Una empresa pésima y poco seria. Pedí un andador. Nunca me lo entregaron y no responden a mis tres correos. Es imposible contactarlos por teléfono. He solicitado un reembolso, pero no me contestan.

Bunch of scammers, I don’t know why Tiktak cannot fished them out.

I bought a set of glass containers and a clothes horse of TikTok shop, which have not arrived 3 months later. I emailed customer support and have had no feedback. Stay away!

Offensichtlich eine Betrugsgesellschaft.
Verbuchen sofort Bezahlung und liefern NICHTS!
Keinerlei Reaktion auf Beschwerden.

I ordered a container with lids from this company through an ads on TikTok since 31st of may. It shows order confirmed shipped and it stuck the tracking number isn’t working and there no sign of to cancel and ask for a refund,the most annoying part is,they aren’t replying to my emails.it a total scam TikTok has to deal with such company, their ads shouldn’t appear on social media if they are not to be trusted..

Was never delivered
I ordered 2 different products from this company on the 19th of April 2026, through tiktok advertising. Glass food containers with lids, selection of pots and pans (cookwares). The ordered was confirmed but has never arrived. Tracking not working and company don't reply to emails. This is obviously a big scam and it is very dangerous. I wish I had read the reviews first.

I ordered some stuff and don't get any order confirmation they tooked 150 euro i demand now that this company give back the money and Facebook is responsible and TikTok for letting such scam company foul people like that I want to know how to do to stop this for happening and to return my money

Items not received! Sent emails no answer! Do not trust this company

Dopo avere fatto l'acquisto mi sono reso conto che è una truffa a tutti gli effetti. Prodotti mai ricevuti. Non rispondono alla mail. Ma sto presentando una denuncia all'Antitrust con tutti i dati dell'acquisto. Signori che come me sono stati truffati vi esorto ed esporre formale denuncia.

Ho ordinato delle pentole e dei contenitori in vetro per un totale di 40€ il 01/05/2026. Sul sito era indicato che la consegna fosse gratuita. I pacchi sono stati spediti solo una settimana dopo, cioè il 6 maggio. Per i primi 5 giorni ho potuto monitorare la spedizione senza problemi, ma dal 18 maggio il numero di tracciamento risulta inesistente.

Ho contattato due volte il servizio clienti, ma non ho mai ricevuto alcuna risposta. Inoltre, ho provato a lasciare una recensione sul sito per raccontare la mia esperienza, ma non riesco nemmeno a trovare l’opzione per scriverla. Non capisco come gli altri clienti abbiano fatto a pubblicare recensioni positive.
