I spent several hours searching for the right pair of hoops for my daughter's birthday & found the skinny Napoli gold hoops at Georgina Scott. Great personal service from Juliette. I ordered some earrings and a necklace for my daughter and enquired about possibly returning or exchanging....and Juliette could not have been more helpful, arranging to video call to show some alternative pieces.
