Geologie Arvostelua

One item in my order arrived damaged, and the helpdesk promptly skipped a replacement item. They even followed once the replacement order had arrived. Great customer service all around, not to mention the great products!

Customer Service is always extremely forthcoming.
Rapid response time and quick to fix any issues or accomodate wishes

Es el mejor producto que eh comprado me da más confianza y atractivo

What makes Geologie's products so compelling for me is that they contain real ingredients proven to make a difference. Lots of men's skincare products have great packaging and long-standing reputations, but give me products with efficacious ingredients every single time!

My child purchased some products. He liked the products but Geologie keep trying to take money out of his account for no reason. Theft from a child?
No matter. Bank have blocked any unauthorised transactions

They really have good stuff, the patches they're really helpful, the best thing is the face washer, geology now is part of my life!

Geologie customer service has always been very quick and efficient in handling my questions and issues. I have been a Geologie customer for 2+ years and plan to continue for the long term!

Geologie sells lots of skincare products. Their website is easy to use and is quite informative. If you have a question it is quickly answered.

Geologie sells products individually or in sets. I purchased a set of four basic face items. It appears that the more products one purchases the more the price for individual items goes down, if that makes sense.

I received my products within a couple of days of placing my order. Therefore, I had a very good experience with Geologie.

I had some issues with my first order but customer support fixed this issue within a week.
Their products come with easy instructions and have been working as advertised.

I have tested the trial kit for sensitive skin and used the products included every day and night for about one month. The products are easy to use with the instructions provided, do not cause irritation, and work well for my skin. I am thinking of buying additional trial kits for my two sons and my husband since they travel a lot. The trial kit is excellent as a travel companion.

Easy to use regimen for mornings and nights. Less than five minutes out of your day to help revitalize and nourish your skin.

Geologie’s Dark Circle Eye Cream was a game-changer for me because I was looking to address under-eye concerns. Its powerful blend of ingredients, combined with its ease of use and visible results, makes it a must-have in any skincare routine. Whether you’re battling dark circles, puffiness, or fine lines, this eye cream provides an effective solution, leaving you with brighter, more youthful-looking eyes. Highly recommended!

Great customer service.
Geologi has gone above and beyond for me twice so far and I will continue my subscriptions for the foreseeable future.

I my experience Geologie has some of the best customer service of any on line company I have dealt with. They are very prompt in responding and make adjustments in the favor of the consumer as need be. Great products and customer service are a winner.

UPDATED: After receiving an email from a customer support supervisor and reaching a satisfactory resolution, I have decided to update my review. This company offers a very good product that I would recommend based on its quality. My only concern is their cancellation policy, particularly regarding the first payment after the trial month. It would be helpful if they sent email reminders about an upcoming payment within a week of the charge date. This would prevent many issues for both their support team and customers. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have live support available, at least through chat, as it seems their agents are often offline.

easy to use, cheap, help is always there if needed, and actually works

Geologie sind die besten Produkte!!!! Der Kundenservice ist auch sehr hilfreich!!!!

Geologie makes men's skincare incredibly seamless. The vitamin C serum combined with the morning and night creams work perfectly, giving my skin that bright glow effortlessly.

These guys have great products, but their customer service is what really sets them apart. They recently shipped and order incorrectly, but they were very quick to make it right and communicated promptly the entire way...great company.

To anyone out there who is considering to buy from Geologie. STAY AWAY IMEEDIATELY. Once you purchase something they put you on a “auto” supscription without you agreeing to anything. I woke up and saw my balance charged 200 USD without giving any permission. The whole day have I not received any information like mails and such. Terrible scam strategy. If I had the ressourcers I would sue Them without a thought.

Do not give Them any credit card information.

STAY AWAY
