Needs to be more acruate with percentage but is very descent with sub groups though it also needs the update to come out

Me venderam um produto mas não entregaram o prometido. Paguei pela compra e logo a seguir solicitei o cancelamento da minha conta e o apagamento dos meus dados de DNA. Hoje, um mês após minha solicitação de cancelamento de conta, tive um valor cobrado pela Genomelink no meu cartão de crédito e não tenho nenhum contato para solicitar o cancelamento dessa cobrança. Empresa capitalista e mercenária, essa Genomelink!

I’m really pleased to be a customer of this company. Not only their ancestral reports and traits section are highly accurate, which I will detail at the bottom of my review, but the company’s team is exceptionally kind and helpful. They offered manual editing of my WGS file and uploaded it on their own end, after I couldn’t complete upload on my own, due to file’s format and certain technical issues. It also should be noted that Genomelink’s team is always willing to cooperate and to give occasional benefits for existing users. What particularly stood out is their highly accurate Deep Ancestry report, which has three modes - Accurate, Balanced and Discovery. I personally value the third one. All in all, I would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

I really appreciate the fine detail in the British Ancestry report. I can relate my percentages to the ancient DNA found all over Britain. I only recently found written confirmation of my Scots part of my ancestry, and it's good to see that reflected in the nationwide breakdown, along with my English, Welsh and Irish, which I already knew.

Your company provides a better system on previewing person's ancestors. The visual aspect is most excellent!

The Deep ancient bloodline is awesome, I would have never believed I had ancient history all over the world dating thousands of years ago. The sample test giving us information before fully purchasing to show us our DNA history. Including the DNA%.

I got an email from them stating that my DNA results showed Italian heritage. I've NEVER had my DNA tested.

They make you pay for literally EVERYTHING, at ridiculous prices, and most of their repots aren’t even accurate. Don’t waste your money with this company.

Definitely digs deeper into the gene markers.

Jeg er mega stolt over min omfattende blandet bagrund, jeg er hyperblandet og er bakket min egen forskning op via ged match og også manuel søgning på snp i mit rådna.

Total scam!! They make you pay to see Traits. Send you a link saying EACH trait its ready ... one per day or so... make you pay even though they KNOW you have zero traits in that area.. ... total SCAM!!

They are very thorough and have confirmed some family history that we thought was family myth. Great company ABSOLUTELY worth joining. If you want to know the truth about your heritage this is the place

I uploaded my raw DNA data here. I recive every week a new trait about my health or personality that I can rate in accuracy and some couple of weeks a new ancestry unlock.

Great product; I've been subscribed to them for five years now. They offer different traits, reports, and products. Overall, I am happy and have learned a lot about myself!

This website has no customer service. They are very deceptive on their charging. I thought I was purchasing a $39 kit turns out I was charged $156.47. Tried to get in contact with customer service right away. I was transferred to a third-party which I was charged more. I’m currently doing an investigation with my bank into their deceptive practices. I’d advise anybody not to purchase anything from these people. They need to be taken down. Their untrustworthy and deceptive practises I tried to log back into my account which they have erased. There is no account anymore of mine so they’ve taken my money and then they’ve deleted my account.

A complete waste of money
It is a Western European centric data base so the results are garbage for anyone with Asian ancestry in their mix. Countries like Hungary that are high with Asian mix are just thrown into a group called "other European".
It also threw 10% of my DNA into an "other" category that tells me nothing.
They also have ridiculous high fees on additional reports once you sign up.

Never works, try to login via Facebook (how I originally signed up), then via password and always wants me to sign up, never recognises old details. All it cares about is new sign ups, not old customers. Despite the fact I pay for different reports.
