Warm welcome from the receptionist, directed to a chair to wait as I was a little early. Called into the treatment room by my dentist, Charlotte and immediately put at ease. Charlotte explained everything throughout the treatment....advising when I might be feeling uncomfortable as she was proceeding.

New dentist again, but he was lovely. As a very nervous patient he took his time and listened. He also understood how my medical condition can affect my gums and my medication. He gave really good, new, advice.

I booked appointment for a filling…. Turned up they said you can’t make appointments for treatments over phones. They did not explain this to me. Absolutely awful service and still another week with no filling

The next available appointment for treatment was in 2 1/2 months- but as Charlotte predicted- I was offered a cancellation sooner- in fact, the following day.

I was quite nervous and the lady I saw made me so comfortable, and reassured me
All the staff have been great. Not just the dentist but reception, the team with the dentist etc.
After I couldn’t stand the pain of the treatment she found a solution and enabled me to continue treatment.
Fantastic service all round. I’m not someone who normally writes these things but I’m so happy with today’s appointment.

First Visit
I visited yesterday for my first appointment with the hygienist. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, directing me to the waiting area. I have to give a special mention to the hygienist who was absolutely lovely! Instantly putting me at ease, explaining everything she was doing and regularly checking that I was ok. It was a very positive experience having recently changed dentists. Thank you!

Disappointed
The day before my husbands planned replacement bridge he was informed that it would not happen and would have to make another appointment in July to start the process again, which he have done.
As his first appointment for this process was April he was very disappointed and found the whole incident very unprofessional.
Before this incident we have always found Genix to be a very good reliable dentist.

Please please ease up on the reminders. I must receive at least 5-6 emails and texts plus a phone call or two for each visit. Last time I was driving home from the dentist after making an appointment when I received a phone call reminding me of it. (I’ve never missed an appointment)

Not a great dentist
Most of the reception staff are rude and never smile. It feels as though they are being very put out when acknowledging patients.
Terrible experience with a denture fix, unable to wear it when it was returned.
Our dentist is also rude and doesnt listen (although this may be due to cultural differences). Either way, both children hate their 6 month visits

Great service
I was due a permanent crown fitment, however due to my dentist having unforseen personal commitment my appointment was cancelled. As my tooth had been prepared and a temporary crown fitted 2 weeks earlier which became loose and finally fell out, I was concerned that this would cause issues with the correct fitment of my new crown. On speaking with the Practice Manager she explained that they where currently short staffed due to my dentists unavoidable departure and it was difficult to rearrange appointments. To great credit to her she came up with a solution and I was fitted with my new permanent crown that afternoon. What a great service under pressured circumstances.

My annual check up.
My annual check up went as smoothly and as pleasantly as usual. A filling, done on the last visit, had come out and was replaced free of charge. All the staff in the clinic are friendly and professional. I never feel anxious about attending. Such reasonable charges as well.
