They are a scam. First of all the test is shallow and basic. Second, they take your money without conscious authorization. The site misleads by saying that getting test results will only be $1.45. Then, when you get your results, they charge $45.95. Upon asking to remove this charge, they said that, in the fine print which was hidden and misleading, it was legal to do this. In addition they justified their deceit with an assumptive and condescending tone,(i.e. writing,"we know this is not what you want to hear.) This tone, and their extensive justification made me realize there are a lot of people who are being deceived and they know it. Go somewhere legit, like a real human or a book or a meditation seat and get better results.

Procédé frauduleux lors du paiement pour la réception du test. J’ai voulu faire un test TDAH, j’ai répondu à toutes les questions et ensuite on vous dit de payer pour la réception du résultat. Soit disant 2€ au lieu d’une somme plus importante soit disant sauf que c’est caché mais ça engage à payer un abonnement de 40€ par mois. Et le site est programmé pour pas s’en rendre compte.

There was never an indication that the results would result in a charge until the test was completed. Just another flipping gimmick and most tasteless.

Quickly assessment

Be careful with the subscription process, if you enter the subscription just for the results and intend to cancel then do it straightaway! They have loopholes too.

My results never came through after paying the initial £1.95 and they just kept asking for the £1.95 to see my results so I just gave up and left it thinking I’d been scammed then a few days later the £49.95 came out!
I’d had no welcome email to see my results, NO RESULTS! Check spam and everything, nothing there.
I messaged in to the company saying it was a mistake and they had falsely payment my payment without me ever having confirmation the subscription had gone through or receiving my results, and I got back this, feels automated and does not address my actual situation-

When you initially signed up for our service, the subscription was set to automatically renew at the standard billing rate agreed upon at the time of your checkout. This renewal information, including the exact date and amount, was also clearly detailed in the Welcome email sent to you immediately following your initial trial purchase. Because the subscription was not canceled prior to the renewal date, the system processed the scheduled charge automatically.

I realize this might not be the answer you were hoping for, but as outlined in Section 11 (Refund Policy) of our Terms and Conditions, refunds are strictly not provided for subscriptions that have renewed prior to cancellation.

I also want to clarify our 14-day refund policy, as it is sometimes misunderstood. This 14-day window is strictly applicable only if no digital content has been accessed. Because our system automatically logs you in and grants full access to the dashboard, results, and assessment materials immediately upon completing the trial purchase, the statutory right to a refund is waived . Therefore, we are unable to process a refund for this current billing cycle.

However, I want to make sure you do not experience any unwanted charges in the future. You can easily prevent any further renewals by canceling your subscription right now.
