Genesisimaging Arvostelua

Lynda was absolutely fantastic, very helpful & efficient. The whole process from finding the correct size and framing requirements to delivery was spot on. Thank you to the Genisis team.

This is the 4th fine art printing job I’ve had genesis imaging do for me over the past 5 years. They continue to produce high quality prints with excellent colour clarity and great paper stock.

Bernie, Pav and all the team at Genesis (who I have been using for years) go beyond 5* to deliver a service which I consider second to none. They are patient, professional and take all the stress out of the printing side of our work. Absolute first class service each and every time.

Genesis Imaging completely saved the day when it came to my MFA degree show! Not only did they manage my extremely tight time constraint, but handled everything with care and precision. Wonderful experience and I will not go anywhere else here on out!

We are based in South Africa but entrust Genesis to handle all our printing and framing needs for the UK and European market. Not only is their printing and framing of the highest quality, their level of service is excellent and all their staff, most especially Alex, is a pleasure to deal with. We have always found the staff to go above and beyond.
Thank you Genesis!

Printing my photos with Genesis was a very positive experience: they were professional and clear in explaining what options I had and what would best suit my needs.

Helped out with a really urgent canvas print job that came out great.

Very helpful and professional service. Framed original photographs into frames matching an existing framed photo. Great result - both look really good.

In early March I asked Genesis Imaging to make a copy of a large oil painting. They gave really helpful advice on the choice of materials, the colouring of the final product, the timescales and the pricing. The real wow though was in the final product - which was absolutely fantastic. The recipient of the copy thought it better than the original!
At the point of payment I was also given a 30% discount as a first time customer, which was both unexpected and welcome.
I have no doubt that I will be using the services of Genesis Imaging again.

Excellent and professional

The advice given was really helpful, the quality of the product was excellent and the people I dealt with couldn’t have been more helpful.

The service was excellent. Adapting an iPhone photograph was done to an incredible quality and the framing was expertly carried out

We have used Genesis many times over the last few years here at Rothschild and Co. They produce museum quality artwork at a competitive price. Great communication throughout and professional install service. We look forward to continuing this relationship for many years to come.

Genesis Imaging are a dream to work with. Joined up thinking across the team, quality printing, attention to detail and the best customer service!

The print I ordered was perfect and the customer service excellent

All round excellent service and quality. Pav took her time to understand exactly what we wanted and used her experience to suggest really helpful options. We are very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend to anyone who requires high quality prints and framing. Very friendly and professional. Thank you Geneses!

Honestly, couldn't be better.
Always helpful and trying to get the result I need.
Couldn't recommend more

Very good responsive service to get exactly what I wanted including quality of paper etc. Prompt efficient delivery. The prints themselves are better than I had hoped - really superb images of a richly coloured complex work of art. And what seems to me to be a very fair price for the quality.

I have the extraordinary luck of living walking distance from Genesis Imaging. I took an A3 size artwork there recently and received a top quality scan, on a smart key-chain flash drive, within a few days. The staff took time to work with me and discuss the next options. I’m brand new to modern printing so listened to their advice and placed myself fully in their hands. I’m thrilled with the results and won’t look any further next time I need personal attention for something I care about.
