Ordered some air pods that I needed in a hurry. Didn’t hear back and then read the reviews on here…thought I’d lost out. Mailed the company and promptly received an explanation and refund…not a scam…

Ordered a Pokémon plush for my son for Xmas on 21st November. Got an email from Geekswag saying 2-3 days delivery via Hermes. 6th December and no item or dispatch notification. Contact form on the website doesn’t work and reading all these other reviews it appears I’ve been scammed.

UPDATE - Adam has replied to my email and claims my item will be in stock soon.

UPDATE2 - Adam hasn’t replied to my last email asking if my order has been dispatched yet

FINAL UPDATE - this company is a total scam, my order never arrived and I’ve had to claim my money back from my bank. To make matters worse I now can’t find the plush my son wanted for Xmas anywhere now so he won’t be getting what he asked Santa for - extremely disappointed

I believe I have fallen victim to a scam/fraudulent company in Geek Swag. I ordered AirPods 2nd generation for what was a birthday present on the 1st purchased them on the 26/11 and they’ve still not arrived the money left my account on the 27/11. Have emailed twice to be completely ignored I have also contacted consumer rights to report. Can anyone recommend or advise other places to report?

I bought a pair of refurbished “AirPods” and decided to return them as they were not the quality I expected. I sent them back last week and according to Royal Mail they have arrived at the required address. Since then, I have received no word from the company to confirm they have received the returned item or to confirm that I will receive my refund. I have emailed them daily and they have not replied. It seems as though they have scammed me out of my money and conned me into returning their stock to them. Their product is awful. Their customer service is awful. I am going to escalate this complaint as I believe it is theft. Do not buy anything from this company. They will take your money and run.

My AirPods were faulty and I purchased an additional 3 months warranty with them however, I have emailed time and time again the company and no response or even acknowledgment.
Do not waste your money on this company

Ordered AirPods Pro on the 25/11 for next day delivery. Realised the next day there was no confirmation email. Contacted them and immediately got a dispatch email and tracking for Hermes. It’s now the 29/11 Hermes still says it’s waiting to receive the item, I’ve contacted the company twice and had no reply. I bought these for my sons 16th birthday, I’m a single Mum and £156 is ALOT of money for me to spend or something which I’m now not even sure I’ll ever get. I will be reporting this company by this afternoon if if not had any response about refunding my money. Awful being scammed like this.

I placed an order with this company and I subsequently recieved a refund from adam after initial delay in communication problem was resolved fully adam is a lovely chap and explained fully why my product was late I would email adam first before placing order to check stock to avoid disappointment and hassle on both ends I wish this company the best going forward I feel website could do with regular updates to stock available feel adam is genuine but unfortunately because of delay in relaying regular updates it is losing customers and business and being cast as a scam a better business model wouldn't go astray it is a legit site

I've just ordered the 2nd gen AirPods on their website and so far the service has been good. I will update everyone once they arrive.

Faulty airpods returned by no refund. The guy that runs this is a scammer. Counterfeit goods takes your money and runs. I'm in the process of taking him to small claims court. Its the only language he understands. Let's see how his credit rating survives this. Absolute joke!

You haven't refunded me. You're a liar. There are loads of us here who want thier £79.99 back. Just do the the right thing and refund me my money instead of trying to pull the wool over our eyes. Terrible product. (Broken Airpods) Terrible customer service. Item received and just doesn't do what its meant to do. Cannot get a. response from these jokers to complain and get a deserved refund. Now in the process of reporting them. Do not order from this shop. Don't get caught out.

I've ordered Airpods pro and they don't even work. I managed to call them and they said they will ring me back and no response. And also i emailed about the refund however no response.

Terrible customer service. Item received late and of poor quality. Now returned after weeks of difficulty getting a return address. No refund received and not responding to emails. Do not order from this shop.

Horrific customer service - I have made contact on a number of occasions about faulty products and been told I will received a replacement. No one has responded to me or sent out a replacement product. I am appalled at this. I will NEVER be using this service again !!

I purchased AirPod pros, then read reviews on trustpilot and got extremely worried as I read a lot of bad reviews, people get fake items, or not getting them at all.
I have to say my AirPods arrived the next day and are 100% genuine, I checked all model numbers and connected to my phone with ease. Could not be happier. Thankyou geekstore!

I returned a pair of faulty (likely counterfeit) AirPods to these people a month ago having spent three days trying to get hold of them through their website. In the end they gave me a returns label 🏷 after threatening to leave a negative review on here.

I was nice enough to let bygones be bygones, but now they’ve had the AirPods back for over a month according to the tracking and still haven’t refunded me. In all likelihood they will say that they misplaced them or something equally unprofessional, just as when they finally contacted me the first time they claimed they were having problems with their computer system.

Either way, these people have owed me £100 for over a month, and through either immoral practices or total incompetence have failed to compensate me for the faulty products that they (maybe knowingly) sold me.

Needless to say, steer clear of these people. I’ll be speaking to trading standards shortly.

EDIT - While the company made no effort to respond or rectify the issue, I was able to get my money back by asking my bank to issue a Chargeback. You are only eligible to do this up to 90 days from your purchase date, and it’s not a guarantee, but definitely worth a try.

To be fair was a bit dubious. My items said in stock so expected then in the next few days but over a week later nothing. Emailed and they said they was waiting for an item that was no longer in stock. Waited another week and nothing. But to be fair I emailed and we agreed for him to send what was in stock and he then refunded me for what was out. A little bit stressful but I think he's just overwhelmed with orders and doing it on his own. If he just updated people on email what was going off we wouldn't be as stressed.

Ordered 2 plushies for my sons birthday both were listed as in stock, delivery 2-3 days. That was over a month ago. Emails go unanswered, I had previously ordered an item with no problems, this time however I was sent a dodgy email to make it look like Hermes was delayed, no other contact from geek swag even though I sent numerous emails. When I ordered the items I did not receive a confirmation email but the money was taken out of my bank. I don’t know how Adam is still in business tbh.

Delivery took slightly longer but when delivered I got a good quality product.

Took a little longer to arrive than I thought, but when they did, looked like new and worked perfectly. Thanks.
