I reached out to Geeks Callout when HP was unable to help me fix my cracked laptop screen. Geeks Callout was able to pickup my laptop on the same day I called (Monday) and returned it to me fixed on Wednesday. Great experience all around. COVID safe!

I had different issues with 2 notebooks: broken hinges and a screen with a hardware issue. Aamir and team came to collect and redelivered. I have been really impressed with the quality of their work. I know where I will go next time.

Aamir was good at an initial consulation analyise what i wanted within the hour to upgrade my desktop from very sluggish to super speed arranging to pick it up and retiurned it within 24 hours. This included upgrading to 16GB Ram and 1TB Solid-state drive as well as giving the inside of the machine a good dust out and was happy to assist me to reconfigure my choosen software arrangements remotely. I cannot be more happier, highly recommended.

They did an excellent job. I called them late on Tuesday evening as my laptop had stopped working, They came to my house on Wednesday to pick it up and brought it back to me fully repaired on Thursday. So, within 48 hours of me reporting a problem it was fixed.

I called Geeks Callout as a last resort - after spilling red wine all over my laptop it was no longer switching on and I thought I'd have to buy a replacement. Aamir and the team were quick and efficient and fixed the issue (which included fitting a replacement logic board) within a day. They also picked it up and returned it to my door - a particularly helpful service during lockdown!

Quick and efficent, reasonably priced. Amir was patent and friendly and worked out quickly what the problem was.

Efficient repair service, I was kept well-informed of the progress of my laptop’s screen repair, easy pick up and drop off service. Bleed on my MacBook Air 2020 needed a new screen. Screen was very expensive but fix was turned around over the weekend and ready by Monday lunchtime. Works perfectly.

I had an issue when installing a new computer into what should have been a very simple 2 computer network. No one and I mean no one could get it working. I called on Geeks Callout to remote in and it turns out that Microsoft had removed parts to the newest build of Windows (big surprise!!!) to make it more secure but it in fact broke the networking. Geeks callout had it sussed and fixed in an hour.

I got an immediate response to my enquiry. Amir helped me remotely with my problem and fixed it. Brilliant service.
