I am being helped by Sam from Geek Online, and he has been most helpful in getting me good storage on Cloud backup. Geek Online provides me with prompt and knowledgeable service for my computer and gives me satisfaction knowing my computer is being well looked after.

I had a issue with my computer running slow…

I had a issue with my computer running slow and it would not let me uninstall a program. I reach out to my security provider and they referred me to Geek. The tech was very helpful. Work on both my computers. Got all the junk clean out of them, now they are running like new.
I fill they are both more secure online now as well.
Thanks for a Great Job.

I was very pleased with the professional response to my computer issues. The technician did a professional job and communicated very well with me. Having Geek support is settling in this computer age.

Sam has been extremely benifical in regards to the way he has been available especially in regards to combatting the hackers over the period of time. I have been very well taken care of by him. I dont know what i would have done without him.

Sam was my technician, and he did a great job. He optimized computer and added additional security to my computer. I am happy with the service I received.

Agent Jackson was very helpful and very patient. As an existing customer, I am very satisfied with the service. Happy to recommend their services whic I consider good value for money.
