I think, honestly, it comes down to which Geek you are assigned. My daughter was assigned a really silly assignment and she is very busy so I had a Geek do it. He used AI and the customer service is...

Disappointed - twice!
I am so disappointed; I asked for assistance with an executive summary, and it was poorly written – not checked, grammatically, or for spelling errors. In addition, it was clear that the ride or did not understand the content. They try to make it right by giving me a credit, which I used on an additional paper, trying to give down the benefit of the doubt. They also gave me a promo to have one of the best geeks do the job. Unfortunately, my 7 to 9 page paper ended up being a two page paper with no references cited, nor a reference page.
