I bought at ROBORE SF10 treadmill in pre-sale with planned shipment march 2. on Feburary 8.
2 days later the money was debited from my card.
I thought it was because the product was back in stock, but no.
I find it very concerning that a company debits for a purchase they cannot ship until 3 weeks later.
Hence the two stars as I am a bit concerned

Although there was an issue with my order, Geekbuying’s customer service handled it in a professional manner. They kept me informed and the refund was completed successfully. Overall, a fair and positive experience.

We have bought Honeywhale S6-S 14-inch Folding E-Bike back in April 2025 (four months ago). The bike has been used for two of them.

It appeared to be cheep quality with no access to spareparts at sellers or producers site or at least in Europe, they all have to be found individually and shipped from China. We waited for 6 weeks to get a tire which punctured very soon after the bike was taken in use, and then it was parked for another 2-3 weeks before we found brake pads to replace - the original ones were gone in just under 2 months of light use. Now the seat has also given up - the metal frame is sticking out through the fake leather and poking the drivers butt.

The bike looks fun and practical, but it breaks constantly and it cannot fold as marketed.

Bin nur noch genervt von deren Spams, obwohl ich mich schon dutzende mal vom newsletter ausgetragen habe.

Ottimi prodotti a prezzi molto competitivi e, soprattutto, ottima assistenza pre e post vendita. Consigliato!

Unfortunately I have to change my opinion about this supplier.
They are all good until you have a problem with the equipment!...

I bought a speaker type “Tronsmart Force SoundPulse™ 40W Bluetooth 5.0 Speaker”. After a few months (before 1 year) it stopped working.
And I’ve send them all the evidences (photos, videos, explanations,…). And this is the 2nd product and have exactly the same problem.
Geekbuying is NOT assuming the responsibility of the WARRANTY. It forces me to buy another one with a small discount.
After all, it's not worth buying the products on Gekkbuying, which are more expensive, because the service is as bad as on other cheaper sites.

Nach Kauf am 19.Mai 2022 gab das E-Bike nach 275km
am 26.Juli das Fahren mit Elektroantrieb auf. Im Display erschien der Fehler 30 und darauf Fehler 21. In der Fehlerbeschreibung stand Abnormaler Strom oder beschädigte MOS-Röhre. Was soviel heißt wie ein Kommunikationsfehler des Controller.
Nach Verbindung mit dem Support von Geekbuying wurde nach ca 12 Tagen per Post ein neuer Controller zugestellt. Nach dem Einbau war das E-Bike wieder fahrbereit.

The product I bought for a very competitive price arrived on time and perfectly packed. It works as advertised. Certainly, I will buy again from geekbuing.com in the future.

Very happy with the product Fiido L2 and the whole buying experience with timely support received. Waited bit long due to delivery from Hongkong. Strongly recommend that bike for anyone want an always in car electrical assistant bike.

I ordered an item as it was reported to be available in Poland and the item was going to be shipped in 1-5 days (delivery address was in Poland too). After waiting for a few days without an update, I decided to write to the customer service and they told me that the item is currently unavailable and I have to wait for the new stock, without providing a specific date. In the meantime, on their website, the item is still currently marked as available. Why do the mark an item as available if it's not true? I asked for a refund and they told me that I have to wait for 7-15 days, why do I have to wait for so long if they never shipped this item? I will keep you updated on the progress of this horrible service.

I purchased 3 e-bykes for over 1200€, one of them arrived with a smashed headlight.
I reported Geekbuying with photo and requested for a spare part but they didn't reply to my request.
I think that a 15€ replacement will be not so much of effort.. disappointed.

Ho riportato a Geekbuying con foto richiedendo un pezzo di ricambio ma non hanno nemmeno risposto.
Penso che 15€ potevano anche spenderli visti gli importi... deluso.
