Simple and easy from ordering to checkout to payment.

Easy to order. Got a little confusing when it showed only one shirt on order, not the four I needed. Resolved by going back and reviewing the basket before paying!

Order placed Dec 5. Order cancelled Dec 15 in accordance with their Customer Service - "any order can be cancelled as long as the order hasn't shipped." They refused to cancel telling me it was too late. Yet they'd not shipped until Dec 26. It took 10 days to get to me from China. In order to send back, I would lose most of the refund and send at my own expense. I reported to my credit card bank and received a refund after an investigation. Refund came from my bank, not geekbit.

Goods when arrived were OK, but VERY slow delivery. Ordered mid Dec, paid *extra* for 3-day delivery. Goods finally arrived mid Jan.
Was offered a refund of the prompt delivery surcharge - that has not been paid.
Note - goods appear to ship from China, unsure if they could EVER meet 3 day deadline.

Nothing new, totally normal proces

3 t shirts ordered mid December, its now Feb and no sign. I have contacted the company, who gave me invalid tracking numbers and assurances (lies) that my order would be with me soon.
I am going through paypal to get my money refunded, and the company continue to lie about my order being "on the way."
Complete scam company, I wish I'd never fallen for it.

I loved the slogan on the T-shirt I purchased. An additional plus was the instant discount given at the time of purchase.

Put in order, when it arrived every single shirt was not what I ordered. Looks like a dance class or hen party got my order. Emailed their support: no response or acknowledgement
Very disappointing

I never received my order. You can only contact this company by email and each time I got a very generic reply. When I asked for a phone number to call customer service, i was told they do not have a working phone system.

Bit difficult to access colour and size options.
Also the payment options were not immediately apparent, only when further on

Delivery - much slower than indicated so 2 stars
Website useability - not easy to find what you want and things disappear from cart for no obvious reason so 2 stars
Website products repeats so often that I got frustrated going through options so 2 1/2 stars

They do not deliver as their website says. 69 days for an up to 21 day delivery. They did not ship when they said they already had. They did not provide tracking information that worked. It always returned an error. I tried to cancel but I couldn’t because it had been shipped (it hadn’t). I couldn’t have a refund or cancel 7ntil the parcel arrived. Then they tell me that they don’t pay to return items - that’s up to me to pay. Backwards and dowry’s with “exeutive account managers” who are not and all of them trying to settle with me in a different way. Product is crap. Service is the worst I have ever had on the internet. Not only was the order delayed for a month, when it was received it was 75% incorrect. Do NOT trust this business. Geekbitshirts are incompetent and unreliable.

Geekbitshirts are about as trustworthy as trustpilot.

Ie not at al. There are better consumer sites, don't use this, or buy from GBT.
