Gearhumans Arvostelua 

This is a borderline scam. I purchased a t-shirt off of their website and when it was received it was the complete wrong color and not as pictured. I asked for a replacement item to which they agreed. Fast forward 3 weeks later the item still has not shipped and I just received a refund to my account that was less than the purchase amount. I am currently trying to track down the missing refund amount from gearhuman.

Do not purchase from here!!

I will remember to look for reviews after my experience with Gearhumans. I purchased a 3D, 4x4 inch tree ornament. I received a flat, 2x4 inch wood cutout with a picture printed on it.

This is a horrible company. The clothing item I bought was VERY deceptively marketed. The item is just smooth polyester and all the detail that appears to show in the marketing pictures is just an image printed on the shirt. This same shirt has been sold for decades as a knit shirt with other 3D details inherent in the construction—one of the marketing pictures even shows a closeup of what looks like knit weave—but in the case of Gearhumans' product that weave proved to be only an actually somewhat blurry image printed on flat polyester. AND, critically, it is sold for exactly the same price that decent quality versions have been sold at for decades, AND shown on Gearhumans' site to be a 50% sale at that price. Very low, greedy, heartless people at this company. Ordered November 27, 2025; received December 15, 2025.

I had the worst shopping experience ever with this website. I ordered a 3XL t-shirt as a gift, and the item arrived absurdly oversized and completely unwearable — despite following their size chart exactly.

I contacted them multiple times requesting a refund, but they kept ignoring my request and sending the same copy-paste responses, refusing to take any responsibility, as if the customer is always at fault.

Even after clearly stating that the product was unsatisfactory and unusable, they eventually stopped responding altogether.

This isn’t just poor customer service — it’s complete disregard for customers. I’m leaving this review to warn others: do not shop here. There’s no transparency, no professionalism, and absolutely no respect for the customer. I will never purchase from them again, and I strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Terrible quality and even worse service. It appears customer satisfaction is a very low priority. Buyer be warned.

Excellent customer service! Received my item with a flaw. Contacted customer service, sent a photo. Things happen! The representative immediately processed a replacement.
New Item arrived in perfect shape.

A bad website that makes it almost impossible to look up their return policy. A return policy that requires you to cancel your order in less than half a day in order to hope to even get some sort of refund (and is almost impossible to find). Even having the order assembled took weeks and shipping took even longer.

Of the clothes that arrived one as a complete misprint and all of them, despite being labelled as such, were the wrong size. When I was finally able to reach customer service they said the pieces of clothing were within their acceptable size 'range' which was so large it encompassed multiple sizes.

The material is of absolute abysmal quality.

This company should not be trusted in any way shape or form. A total scam. Please do not order from them.

I ordered an Assassin's Creed hoodie for my son's Christmas December 9th. No shipping time estimates and no response from emails I sent to customer service. They do not make it clear that you won't receive ypur order in a timely manner and they do not communicate. I had to get a provisional credit refund from my bank to cover for Gearhumans poor service.

My $350 order never arrived. After 6 weeks, I contacted them asking for a refund. They offered me a replacement shipment instead. I was a bit slow to respond, but when I did, they offered me a 40% discount because they "no longer had the shipping number." Do not trust them.

Ordered one item and watched my inbox for when it will ship and I waited and waited...Turns out it comes straight from China and therefore don't expect your items to be delivered in a timely manner like any other retailer. My advise stir away from this company and the look alike. (I had ordered something for Halloween and I will be lucky to get it for Thanksgiving!)

I would give this no stars if I could, this company is a scam, ordered within the timeframe of what they recommended for Halloween orders and as the arrival date approached, I started tracking the order and found out my order is still being processed weeks later, along with that I checked my bank statement and it said I placed donation to another company, I recommend that no one order from this company.

I had order a backpack in July for my grandson's first day of school, it is now August and school starts in two days and still have not received the backpack. I went to the website to contact the company about my order and all they have available is a chat feature that told me they are unable to find my order or my email. I sent them a picture of my order conformation and then they replied that they are out of the office and would contact me back.........still no reply back.

Marketed as swim trunks but it has no liner! The product is OK otherwise, but cannot be used for swimming.

Sadly didn't read reviews first. Ordered and made the mistake to pay extra for quicker shipping. Days later and it still hasn't shipped or even been told anything to do with my order. Emailed to just to try to get info, but you will be ignored. Thinking it's some kids pretending to run a shop, because there is zero chance it's a professional company based on all the reviews and personal experience

Terrible fit and quality. The print is blurry and the material is incredibly cheap. Overseas delivery was fast, but it was sent to me in something akin to a garbage bag (and no other postal material). I never received an order confirmation, and no return information (or receipt for that matter) was included in the package. I'll never buy from then again, and I urge you to not buy from them as well.

I ordered a hoody because the design looked pretty clever and something I hadn't seen before. It took one month to arrive. The material is VERY thin and I am worried it will tear easily. For $50.00 I expected more, ALOT more. I will not order from this company again.

My new GearHumans merch is awesome!! I ordered the Optimus Prime & Bumblebee sweatshirts on 2/15/24 and they arrived on my doorstep in California on 3/4/24. Fastest shipping I've seen yet! I ordered both shirts in 3XL and it seems like they run a little large - close to 4X - which is perfectly fine with me. The material quality is good and the printed designs look very clean and well done. They're not crooked or faded or blurry. Crisp & clean.
I had read all the reviews on here before I ordered and decided to take a chance that they would be here on time for the event I was planning on. The thing I noticed about the reviews the most is that they were late to arrive past the dates people were hoping to use them as costume. I watched the YouTube review and saw that the quality of material and print was good so I decided to order. I'm very pleased I did. I recommend giving them a 60 day leeway before the event you are hoping to use these for. Just so you have some cushion. Very pleased and will definitely order again from GearHumans!

UPDATE: I received the new shipment and it arrived in great condition--just what my daughter wanted! I'm upgrading my review to 5 stars.

So far, I'm impressed with their customer service - the post office destroyed my order when it arrived instead of delivering it, on the basis that the address on the package was 'illegible.' I didn't find this out right away; I had to call the post office repeatedly until I finally got an answer. Even though it was now well over a month since the order was made, I still asked Gearhumans via email if they would send a replacement and they immediately responded and said they would! I'll update my review when the replacement package arrives.

One star solid. Incredibly poor fit on two completely different products. The overall quality is also not great. Fabric is not high quality, image rendering is mediocre. Not mad, just won't buy from again.

By the way, delivery is a complete crap-shoot with this place. Don't do anything if you're in a hurry.

Should’ve read the reviews first. Got my sweater for a trip and paid extra for 5-7 day shipping. 14 days later it arrived the day I leave for my trip. I’m just glad I received it otherwise it’s a nice material and I can’t wait to wear it
