You have the greatest selection I have ever seen anywhere. The quality of the fabric and fit could not be better. Service is fast and courteous. Prices are reasonable for what you get. What more could you want?

I bought two pair of solid color leggings, they arrived with stitching that came out after one wearing and one pair had the label printed on the outside of the waistband rather than inside. I contacted customer service multiple times to ask if I could get replacements. I was asked to send photos each time which I did, then the reps wouldn’t respond. Weeks would go by and no one would get back to me. So I contacted customer service again. A different rep would respond and ask me to submit pictures again. I did and got no respond. I believe I did this process with 3 or 4 different reps over a period of one month before a rep (Dan) actually resolved the problem. He was helpful but I won’t buy from GearBunch again after this experience.

Your company and customer service are beyond compare. Your product sets the bar. Gearbunch is the only brand for me. Thank you for everything.

Horrible trying to process a return. Order was made in duplicate by error tried to resolve it immediately was ignored Been trying trying to return the second duplicate order for a week. No response. Horrible customer service.

Well, I sent an email after I ordered to say that I could see from my order that I made a mistake and clicked on xs instead of small. Right away I sent an email to ask about how to correct this. Soon I received a nice email saying to just wait until they arrive and then go on line to request an exchange...and I keep checking every day and no response. I a a return customer that sends SO MANY of my athletic and pickleball friends to you so it would be quite worth your while to respond with instructions on how to make this exchange.

I LOVE these leggings! The fabric is the perfect softness and thickness for durability and comfort. they aren't thin and they aren't thick if that makes sense. so many beautiful patterns to choose from so I wear them 6 days a week to workout, yoga, pilates, etc. even cute with a nice blouse and pair of cowboy boots and hat of course! be sure to put them on like a stocking as they are handstitched.

I purchased a pair of leggings over a month ago. I returned them within a few days to exchange for a larger size. I had a few back and forths via e-mail with customer service but now they have completely stopped responding. I know the leggings arrived at the warehouse but I have received nothing from Gearbunch acknowledging this. Gearbunch has the leggings and my money and I have nothing at this point. Very angry and frustrated.

so at first, I had a problem with the return address, but the team contacted me and helped me and they ended up sending me the right size the extra small fit perfectly and I adore them

Your web site I can only bring up so many at one time when looking on a page, wish it would scroll and load or could bring more up to a page, just being honest :), this would not stop me from buying your product, just makes it easier and faster to look at them. :)

I NEEDED TO RETURN MY ITEM FOR A SMALLER SIZE. I WAS SENT A RETURN ADDRESS AND PAID OVER $16 AND SENT THE TRACKING BACK TO THE COMPANY AS REQUESTED AND IT IS BEING SENT BACK DUE TO UPS SAYING IT NEEDED A SUITE #. I SENT AN EMAIL WITH NO RESPONSE...

I ordered and received a mummy theme pair of leggings size xl. They were to large. I just wanted a refund not an exchange. First I realized they never answer the phone.When I tried to return, there is ONE option exchange. I don’t want to exchange, I do not like the feel of the material.After several attempts to reach by phone and numerous emails to customer service with no reply, this is a one way street.Another catch, returns must be within the first 7 days. That is extremely hard d when you get no response. I definitely would not recommend this company. Gina Claypool
