Great Service
G. D. Jones and Son have been my heating oil provider of choice for almost twenty years, during which time I have found their customer service to be fantastic.
Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them - and I mean nothing! Every time I have contacted them I have been treated with great courtesy, politeness and respect.
Their courtesy and respect is carried over to the delivery drivers who can be relied upon to carry out any and all instructions given with the delivery note.
As an Englishman living in Wales I can only say; "Diolch" to them for their Fantastic service!

I was worried about running out of oil…
I was worried about running out of oil while I was away but they delivered the oil in my absence and waited for me to pay the bill when I came back. We are now snowed in so returning to a full tank was a great relief
