I sent in my documents for translation on Wednesday April 23rd along with some specific instructions. At the time, I was dealing with someone named Nicolas J. who was very professional and polite. He gave me a quotation for the work, told me my translation would be ready in 3 business days so I went ahead and made the payment.
Today, Tuesday April 29th, I receive an angry email from a lady named Jade P. telling me she needs the document to be translated. I respond that they already have the documents in hand but I forward the initial email I sent them last Wednesday which contained the two documents they need. She is still not happy and send me a snipy reply with "Please send it over". Hhmmmm... That's no way to be treating your clientele so I will take myself somewhere else and request a refund.
