I've just taken delivery of my "new" laptop. It works like new so I'm very happy!

I ordered my laptop with some scepticism, but was persuaded by the good reviews. The laptop arrived, and I was truly amazed at the condition of the case and screen. It looked like a new computer with the wrap applied. I checked the internals, and these were all as ordered. After using it for several weeks, I am more than pleased with my purchase. It did take all of the mentioned delivery time to arrive, which other reviews spoke about, but this isn't aproblem for me.

Taken a chance with the deal thinking it's too good to be true but decided to have a punt as Windows 10 had put me down the cul de sac so my lap top was really of no use.Gadjet Center have got me on track ,,Widows 11 installed plus other apps, 3yr warranty could not be happier 😀 So far so good.

Just received the 4th laptop that I have purchased for my business from Gadget Centre. Great value and a really rapid turnaround!

The computer was built to my exact specification and received in perfect order. They also added "Office" with no extra cost. It is fast and looks good, all for under £400.
They also have a detailed and simple guide on securing the computer software. The Dell computer is of the highest quality, and was delivered within 2 weeks as promised.

Very pleased with my refurbished laptop. Great that it doesn't come with bloatware. They are not "off the shelf" items so a wee wait of a few days between ordering and receiving is OK by me. On arrival it was easy to set up even although I am no computer expert. Email correspondence is answered quickly and efficiently.
I am happy to recommend this company based upon my experience so far.

I had no idea what I needed in a laptop but the site has an easy to follow process that explains what you need for your needs in a laptop. Excellent service and a laptop that ticks all the boxes.

I entered into this with some trepidation as it felt like a lot of money for something refurbished. However the spec is amazing and for £400 I got a laptop with a £1K spec plus a 3 year warranty. It’s absolutely brilliant, fast, responsive and has all the systems my son needed for his college work. Absolutely completely satisfied it’s such a great idea, and we’ve prevented something going to landfill too so win win!

I was alittle sceptical at first, mainly due to trying to speak to someone at the company by phone several times to no avail. The gadget centre got back to me when I emailed and raised this with them. I took the plunge and ordered via the website, and I'm very satisfied with my purchase, delivered within 5 days and very well packed. The laptop was a lot cheaper than from a main retailer with a 3-year guarantee. I'm so far very impressed with the service and laptop, and would highly recommend them.

Had a great deal on a refurbished Dell laptop. Nice price, good service. Had a glitch and support sorted the issue.

Recommended them to a friend, whose criticism was that the delivery date slid out. Their laptop arrived in time for Christmas but it involved a few emails exchanges. Our guess is that they were overcome by their own success.

I guess if you are looking for a good deal on refurbished kit, you need to be ready for a flexible delivery date.

An absolutely fantastic service. I was in the market to replace a 10 year old hand-me-down laptop that my son uses for school. I picked carefully the options using their guided configuration tool and ended up with an awesome laptop. So clean, looks perfect and works great!

I bought my computer off Gadget Centre in 2024 and I'm very pleased with it.I have contacted them twice both times the service was excellent.I must admit that both contacts were due to failings on my part but they dealt with them with humour and friendly guidance. I have no hesitation in recomending the company.

Bought a Laptop to replace my existing ASUS Vivobook which was 5 years old. Really happy with the Laptop I received. Perfect condition, really fast, looks great, easy to set up, well packaged, good communication on delivery time, no complaints.

What a great service! It was easy to pick the specifications for a laptop that I wanted, and that's exactly what arrived, as expected. It took a little longer than quoted - but that's booking just after the Christmas rush for you! The laptop arrived looking brand new and worked perfectly. Windows came straight off and it now sports Linux (absolutely straightforward and simple to install) and it absolutely flies. Thanks GC - I'll be back!

Easy online ordering,had a query answered straight away,
oredered and arrived within a week .Very impressed looks like a new laptop using as i speak

Ordered laptop on 29th Dec (yes bad timing!), though website said was still around six to eight working days delivery. No sign by the ninth so I emailed to say I'd be away from the 14th Jan, to check progress, "not a problem", it would be delivered by then. It wasn't. I asked to change address to a drop-off point near where I would be, which didn't seem to work as courier insisted they would deliver to the original address. Gadget said I could change the delivery address, I couldn't, as it was outwith the local courier delivery area, they had to do it. I asked Gadget to change the delivery address to the new drop-off point, no response. I ended up having to drive 90 miles to the drop-off point near the original address to avoid the place sending it back after a week. I expressed disappointment to Gadget, no response. The hardware itself looks OK, and nips along pretty well, my issue is with communication and administration. A lack of urgency and concern during purchasing makes me worry about what would happen if any issues arise. Gadget really need to sort out customer service.

I ordered a laptop easily using their guide on specifications. I used them because too much tech goes into landfill and these guys are reusing tech to prevent this. I was told my new laptop wouldarrive with the accessories I ordered within 10 days and it did! Great reconstitited DELL laptop. It works brilliantly. The laptop bag was not up to my standard or liking but everything else is. Green credentials, speed of service and quality all good!
