AVOID THIS SCAM. Ordered a set of Google headphones on 15th September, it's now 3rd October and nothing. No delivery no communication no tracking that works. This sort of company should be banned.

Great price and the quality was as described. Delivery was sooner than expected. Lovely straightforward transaction. Highly recommend.

Bought an XD Picture Card Reader USB 2.0 Memory Adapter from them. Broke the first time of usage.

I initiated a dispute on my bank since they don't care whatsoever to reply any information about tracking number. Avoid them! Spammers at sight

I ordered some headphones. They broke within two days of using them. A product that was not fit for purpose at all. I contacted the email address provided for returns in their website twice. Absolutely nobody has got back to me. Avoid this company.

Do not recommend! Slow processing of order and appalling/nonexistant customer service! Wish I had read reviews beforehand.Ordered charging cables with GB mobile as needed quickly for a holiday and website offered prompt delivery. However nothing happening after a week so cancelled order, or tried to, on line and bought successfully from elsewhere. Received email that day saying cancellation request being processed. Heard nothing further after a week,so emailed them directly and got ni response, and now,after another 8 days,get message saying being delivered today!Luckily not an expensive item.Will never use them again.

The purchase came within the scheduled time, was competitively priced and works without issue.

I have emailed explaining that the connector doesn't work. Still waiting for a response to tell me how to return it / get a replacement /get a refund. Also didn't get a response when I emailed to see why delivery was taking so long.

Long delivery time with no communication when chased. Item was a high speed phone charger. But what arrived had a non-standard 3 pin plug i.e 3 pin but not able to fit in any standard UK socket - maybe it's for a UPS, who knows? Anyway no use to me and no response to my email so I'll just bin it and move on.
But I'll never use them again and advise others to avoid.

I purchased a supposedly genuine Samsung headphones jack, I had second thoughts after reading reviews claiming its a cheap fake, so cancelled the purchase on their website within 20 minutes of buying, yet the product arrived a couple of days later, it was cheap junk as per the reviews. They don't reply to emails...

Fake product, took ages to deliver

Great original product but was not delivered between 1 and 3 days. I will definitely use again but will lower my delivery expectations

Ordered three items, only one arrived. Have emailed the company twice but have had no reply. No contact telephone number on their website to call.

Advertised next day dispatch! After a week I asked if the item had been dispatched- no answer. Another week i asked again - no answer! I then decided to cancel the order and asked for a refund - no answer. I tried again and used their website cancellation button - yep no answer!
Over 4 weeks later it arrived in a damaged padded envelope - pathetic

It took me 3-4 weeks to get my order delivered. No comminication in-between and no apology . The product is of very good quality but the service is bad. If you ask me how bad - very bad. Pleàse improve your services and communicate when you anticipate delivery delays.

Took ages for it ro be delivered. I emailed many tomes.ro cancel order and no response. Eventually came (3 weeks +) and pretty sure the cable wasnt genuine, no box or anything to state it was the real deal. I wouldnt buy from again!

Ordered a samsung phone charger on the 15 Aug, and order confirmed, with note saying we will contact you when item despatched. Now 26 Aug and still waiing for them to tell me its despatched!!! Have contacted them by email several times and no reply to any of them. So obviously a scam, as money taken - could not find any way to get money back. AVOID this company.
UPDATE recieved today wrong lead!! Does not fit the phone !
