Easy to deal with via e-mail when…

Easy to deal with via e-mail when booking. Clear prices given. I e-mailed the day before to check all was ok and had a quick response. On the day the coach turned up in plenty of time and the driver was very helpful. Will definitely use again.

I found the whole process to be very smooth and efficient, with excellent communication

Speaking with Yusef

Just spoke with Yusef as I was having trouble accepting our booking that I made on their easy to use booking system. Yusef was polite and informative explaining how I had to go about accepting and making payment. Looking forward to our journey in January.

AVOID GB COACH AT ALL COSTS!

This company is a scam.

They force you to pay full amount upon booking confirmation, but never provide any details, until the very last minute, which turned out to be uncontactable until the next day.

The coach was sourced out, and not even owned by GB Coach. They too were provided the wrong information of my bookings.

Do not, under any circumstances, book any service from this scam of a company.

Really great service

Really great service. Our driver was great but we didn’t catch his name but our reference was GB109153 if you can please pass on our thanks. Easy booking process. Would use again.

Awful company

Awful company. They don’t have coaches or drivers themselves so they hire coaches through other companies and pay them half of what we paid. I booked a 30 seater coach and they left it last minute to find a coach with a driver so they had to send 2 minibuses instead and 1 of them was 2 and a half hours late! They reply once a day and didn’t answer any phone calls. Don’t recommend.
