Having saved with GB bank for a year or…
Having saved with GB bank for a year or so, decided to ring with initially a view to confirming my recent temporary address change had updated correctly online but subsequently spent time discussing further savings at length due to Jaks helpful, easygoing manner when giving advice. I had been pondering on saving elsewhere previously I will certainly be opening a second GB bank account once I have given careful consideration to all on offer . This is the first time I have spoken to an Advisor at GB apart from when opening my ongoing account. Fantastic Customer Service from Chantelle
It is refreshing to phone a bank and have the call picked up almost immediately by a human being.
I had an issue with my funding window but spoke to Chantelle who listened and said she would get back to me with an answer before close of business (20 minutes later). She called back just after 5pm to update me and while on the phone, was able to resolve the issue. She then stayed on the phone while I transferred the rest of my funds to confirm they arrived safely. Fantastic customer service. Thank you Chantelle

Competitive Rates and Professional
I have never used GB Bank before but from start to finish the whole process of opening a Fixed Rate Bond was seamless. Mark dealt with us when we first opened the account and also dealt with any queries we had. He was professional and extremely helpful. Brilliant Savings Provider
I recently set up and funded a fixed rate savings bond with GB and the process was simplicity itself. I really like the simple website and the fact that GB securely check your nominated account details and also text and email you when your deposit/deposits have been received. Oh, and the rate is really good too. Would thoroughly recommend.
