I ordered 3 Steelers Gatorade towels. They sent me 2 Vikings towels. I used the email form to report the problem.After 2 days the reply I got was; sorry, all sales are final. I called, and the representative wrote up a “case”. She said “hopefully” someone will get back to you in the next few days. I’m still waiting. This is completely unacceptable!
We ordered many items online before Christmas, less than third arrived only. We payed delivery and VAT for the full package too.
Tried to contact them several times, no response.
The invoice in the box contained all items, which obviously couldn't fit in the tiny box they sent, so it's definitely wasn't lost by the courier.
Update: Another 4 months past, 3 new tickets were created, 0 answers. It's better to order from Ostrovit, they're reliable and customer service response time is a few hours. Forget this joke company, I'm glad not seeing them on Ironman events anymore. :)
Terrible. The site doesn't work well and they are constantly out of stock. I placed an order and it never arrived and showed up as "RETURNED" in the Gatorade.com portal. I didn't receive any communication or a refund.
I was forced to fill out a lengthy form with all of my information even though the information was already in my account. Then the customer service person asked me for all the same information again. That's three times I had to put in the same info.
Rather than fix my order and send me my items the customer service representative just refunded my order and cancelled it.
It's 2023 and one of the largest corporations on Earth can't even run the most basic of eCommerce websites.
If I was the CEO of Gatorade I'd fire the entire eCommerce and customer service departments starting with the executives and start over.
