Gatehouse Supplies…

Gatehouse Supplies communication,delivery of order,
value of item, company website, and ordering process all very good. The only problem is the item ordered does not work for some reason. I am trying to replace an existing non functioning remote with the one I ordered for a family member who lives in a condo with a condo garage door.

Inadequate response

Item was supposed to be in stock, I paid extra for expediated shipping, and it still has not shipped five days after expected delivery date.
Horrible experience.
Received response to the above simply stating the item had been shipped, though nine days later than anticipated, and without any apology or explanation.
