Having placed a previous order some weeks ago and being very happy with the service, I suddenly realised I was missing another note pad for my upcoming inspection, I rang them up to check what the chances were in getting my order in the next 2 working days.

They said it would be printed and dispatched the same day and without fail I received my order the following working day :)

Will definitely stick with this company going forward !

I really can't fault this place. Second time i've ordered, put in an order on some shirts, was a little uneasy on sizes as i've put on some weight, so gave them a call. They kindly said they'd send me some samples, also recommending a certain brand of polo. On receiving, I was made up, completed my order ordering more of the recommended polo's, with the guy even telling me how I can save further money by ordering an extra shirt. All embroided, sent out in double quick time. This is the only place im coming to for my workwear from now on. Thanks Gasfm

Just ordered more pads after my van was broken into, chap I spoke to couldn’t be more helpful, found my details in no time and would charge me for my replacement pads, don’t get companies like that anymore! Very impressed and would highly recommended

Just received my embroidered shell jacket and T shirt that I ordered. Great quality will definitely use again and highly recommended.

I had contacted 2 other companies before hand who didn't even bother to turn up.
this company came out within 24 hrs and was very helpful and professional definitely recommend

Guaranteed to get the billing address and shipping address mixed up.

After the first time they did it i made them aware.

On the next order i specifically wrote the delivery address in with the billing highlighting the difference and emailed twice after to make sure.

They ignored that and sent to tbe billing address.
Working away we have bought what we ordered again elsewhere because they cannot understand the difference between billing & delivery address and ship to the billing.

Not the smartest of companies.. Shame really.

Refreshing to find a brilliant tuned in and caring organization, real people with time and professionalism to fix any issues be it ordering returns delivery ANYTHING ..
THANK YOU for putting the confidence back into online shopping.
