You are expected to handle the case…
You are expected to handle the case yourself. We have provided all possible information we had to hand for my husbands injury .Some additional information had to be requested by the solicitor from my doctors for legal reasons. The minute I have advised the solicitor they are to request the paperwork from the solicitors office,the case was dropped straight away.Never mind you are bombarded with automated e-mails demanding documents to be uploaded even if you have already done so. No proper explanation what to do.For someone new to the process,its impossible. No help.

We would, however, like to clarify a few points. Your husband was not a client of our firm. He made an enquiry with us and, before deciding whether we could take the matter on, we gathered information and documentation so that the circumstances of the potential claim could be properly assessed.
We can confirm that the information provided was fully reviewed. Following that assessment, unfortunately we were not in a position to offer representation on a no-win-no-fee basis. This decision was not made simply because you indicated that certain documentation would need to be requested from another solicitor or third party.
We appreciate that our requests for information may have felt repetitive, particularly where documents had already been supplied, and we are sorry for any frustration this caused.
Although we could not take the case on, we did not want to leave your husband without options. We provided details of Citizens Information and FLAC, both of which may be able to provide further assistance, and specifically encouraged him to seek a second opinion from another firm of solicitors.
We appreciate that receiving a decision that we cannot assist is disappointing. However, every enquiry must be assessed on its individual circumstances, and unfortunately we cannot accept every case on a no-win-no-fee basis.

Hi all,I will tell you a little about Gary Matthews Solicitors i would give them 5 stars all day log,I was kept informed all the time which I think is very important.The girls who work for him are very professional and you can have a laugh with them,just please trust me have a look around but you won't get better,in my case it was agreed more or less my settlement amount and I was happy with that and then I got a email about 1 week later and told me they negotiated a better deal nearly doubling the original amount.so what can you say 5 stars,trust me you won't regret it.

100% trustworthy
There were so many things that made my experience with Gary Matthews solicitors a positive one.
First being the commitment to fight for me, from beginning to end they always had my best interest in mind.
Secondly was clarity, if there was ever anything I was unsure of or if there was something unclear Kelly (my contact with Garry Matthews Solicitors who was amazing) made it so easy for me to understand.
Thirdly and I think most importantly is the constant contact that was kept, I was kept in the loop about everything that was happening in my case.
