I want to share my experience with this website. I reached VIP Level 5 very quickly, which initially seemed positive. However, I soon began to notice issues with the return-to-player aspect, and at times it felt as though the system was working against the user.
Because of these concerns, I chose to self‑exclude, despite not having lost any money. This is actually the second time I’ve done this. The first time, a VIP manager—who I’ll refer to as Ben—contacted me with very attractive offers. The second time, after emailing them, it appears the same cycle is repeating.
Although I haven’t lost money, I can clearly see the potential risks involved. For that reason, I would advise others to be cautious about using this site. Reading the other reviews will give you a good idea of the concerns I’m referring to.

If I could give these minus stars I would, the worst site I've ever had dealings with, I must have won over 1000 at different times, and in the end I had to use it, as I was emailing and using the so called live chat, I wasn't getting anything back through email, only emails about spending more money for spins and only the same answers all the time, which makes me think it's AI or a script they follow, the site has no intention of paying winnings at all, stay well away from it. This website was fraudulently advertising as another company via the app store. They will take your money and not return it. I have reported it to cyber crime to investigate. Stay well away, hopefully they will get shut down soon

If I could give -100*s I would. I have been trying to withdraw for 8 weeks to no avail. I have sent them everything they asked for to verify my account.They have come up with every excuse. The payments team take 3 days to respond and cancel any withdrawal attempts I tried to make. I am now going to contact Facebook because that is where Garrison Bet found me.

This casino not only has the worse customer service and even worse payments department... i got my winnings up to £6500 and only allowed 500 withdrawal at a time... first withdrawal kept getting cancelled over a three week period constantly asking for id etc etc... and even after sending proof they kept cancelling withdrawal... now no access to site allowed and no replies from customer services.. stay away from this casino like the plague..

I want to warn everyone about my terrible experience with Garrison Bet, which I strongly believe is a fraudulent and unlicensed gambling website.

This site appeared on my Facebook feed, offering a “100% welcome bonus.” I signed up, deposited about £300, and played. When I finally made some profit (around £112), I tried to withdraw — but after three days, they emailed saying I needed to provide ID, bank statements, and proof of address. Every time I submitted one document, they asked for another, then cancelled my withdrawal and made me start again.

Later, I won £2,650, but they only allowed £500 per withdrawal. Each time I tried to withdraw, they cancelled the request again, asking for more ID. The money was returned to my gambling balance, and like many others, I ended up losing more while waiting.

Even worse — when I first lost £300, I asked to self-exclude because I didn’t want to keep gambling. I emailed their support and clearly explained that I wanted to close my account because I was losing money and had never won. Instead of helping, they ignored my request, kept my account open, and even sent text messages offering me £200 bonus credits, “VIP” rewards, and free spins to make me play again.

There is no licence number, no address, no phone number, and their so-called “live chat” is just an automated bot that repeats rules like “Section 9.1” without solving anything.

I’ve since read other reviews online — many people report the same: Garrison Bet refuses to pay winnings, delays withdrawals, and manipulates players into losing their money.

WARNING BE very careful do not use this site they take money and point blank refuse to pay winnings fairly. They are making excuses to pay you out even after sending Id the worrying factor is players like us are sending Id proof of address bank cards and this could very well be used for identify theft. Complete joke of a company! I accidentally deposited £200 and made 0 bets and immediately tried to request my money back.. this was over a month ago. They are now saying I have to bet at least £600 when I have read the terms and conditions ans do not for the reason above. They’ve also breached a few of the clauses in their own contract which make it void and still won’t give me my money. I have took this further to the FCA and action fraud. If anyone wants to jump on mine I’m happy to give you the information. Let’s close this company down

This casino is driving me crazy. I made my first withdrawal of £500, and they canceled it after three business days, claiming I wasn't a verified player. They told me to send my ID. I did, and it came back after about three more days. I won another £500 and wanted to withdraw again. Now they've told me they need to verify my account again, and I have to send the following documents (front and back of my ID and a selfie with it, front and back of my card, a bank statement with the account number I want the withdrawal to and my last deposit, and proof of identity, such as a phone, electricity, and gas bill). This is not normal. They will do literally anything to avoid paying you. Even if you lost your money, I advise you to stay away from this casino. I've been waiting for my withdrawal since 13th and the chat is 100% bot-operated.
