I have purchased all my steamers, Mag lamps, and towel cabbies from this company for the last 15 years. If things ever break ( which they rarely do) they have all the replacement parts needed to keep machines running and in tiptop order. Their customer service is also friendly and helpful.

We ordered a processor almost two weeks ago- and zero update on shipping, or when it could possibly be expected, nothing. That’s a lot of money to take and then give no update on where the product is, but send out “how did we do” surveys instead.

This Barber chair was NOT worth the money! it does not recline back enough for the shampoo bowl. Very uncomfortable for customers, also doesn’t recline enough for shaves as well. I’m very disappointed with it.

Garfield was very helpful in determining what replacement hoses I needed for my wash station. I gave a 4 star rating only because it comes with the sprayer and I only needed the hose because I use Ecoheads. Delivery was actually faster than expected especially in the height of Covid. Thank you, Garfield!

Dryers came quickly easy assemble and they work well. Super happy

If I could give this place a zero star I would. I bought a hooded dryer back in July. As soon as I received it I knew it was a piece of junk. The down arrow had the temp go up and the up arrow had the temp go down. I could have lived with that had the dryer not sounded like it was about to explode every time we put it on. The shaking and rattling made it impossible to use as it was deafening to the client. I called and spoke with someone in customer service who said they would email me back with directions on how to fix this because it was probably an issue that occurred in transit. Also said he would mail me this sticker thing that I could place on this part inside the dryer so it would stop it from ever happening again. He said this would get me by while they shipped out a new dryer. Never got the email. Never got the sticker. Called again and someone else helped me and emailed me these troubleshooting directions. We took the whole thing apart and it didn't help at all. Called numerous times for the status on the new dryer. Was told it was shipping the following Friday and at the latest Monday. Called a week later and was told they couldn't find my replacement order. Called again and was told that they could walk me through troubleshooting lol!!! Called again and was told they would ship it out at no charge and that there were "hundreds" in stock but had to get approval from the boss to ship it no charge the next morning. Called the next morning and was told there were none available till October?! What the hell?? I now realize I'm getting the run around and I'm out $240. This is now 5 weeks after the order was placed! I was told they could refund me. I actually gave them the credit card info via email which I still have saved. I call 3 days later as I've not seen the credit and I was told, are you ready...."the checks in the mail!" LOL! SUUURE IT IS! I have contacted my credit card and will be reimbursed but if you want to save yourself a headache and some money DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE I D I O T S! I have asked to speak to supervisors or anyone that can help and am told "i'm it" by the person answering the phone. I'm going to post this to anyone that will listen as companies like these are scams and are taking advantage of hard working Americans!

RIP OFF - STAY AWAY - NO RETURN POLICY - spent $6000 dollars and they even would not exchange for working equipment - got ripped off man !!
