We visited the store in Bristol on a Sunday, and we viewed their range of Kitchens. We then made an appointment to see a kitchen designer the following Tuesday.

We spent 2 hours with their designer planning out exactly what we wanted. The designer told us she'd get back to us by the following weekend with a quote.

No quote came.

I phoned them on the following Monday and asked to speak to the designer who we'd seen. I was told she was with another customer. So I asked them to give her a message to phone me.

She didn't phone.

I phoned them on the Tuesday and asked to speak to the designer who we'd seen. I was told she had been ill for a number of days — funny that, she was with a customer only the previous day. So I asked them if anyone else could complete my quote. I was told their only other designer was currently out doing a customer site visit. So I asked them to take a message and ask a designer to phone me.

No phone call came.

4 Weeks later and I still haven't heard a dickie bird from them.

I went elsewhere to a proper kitchen designer/supplier. They did a site visit, talked through my design options, and provided me with a quote within the week. I ordered my kitchen from them. And guess what? If I have a question, I simply phone them up and speak to my designer, and if he's with a customer, he phones me back the same day.

In response to this reply, I emailed the details to the address Kayla gave in her reply.

Ordered a kitchen from Gardiner Haskins in September 2018 and decided to pay for a complete service which included design,measuring and fitting thinking that this would make life easier, what a mistake this proved to be!! There were several errors with the designs including a wall that didn’t exist, and taking cabinets up to the entrance leaving no space to walk into the kitchen. All these obvious mistakes were only rectified as I spotted them and not the designer who attended my house for measurements on several occasions. The kitchen was fitted Inn december and the kitchen fitter (who was contracted out was amazing but also experienced several problems during the fit with items not arriving when specified). Floor tiles were delivered 5 boxes too short due to their poor measurements, and wall tiles were 8 boxes too many. I am now left with 8 boxes of the wall tiles that Gardiner Haskins will not take back even though they measured and they designed. This has left me several hundred pounds out of pocket for an error I didn’t make. I have contacted them by phone, and have gone into their Bristol store (they acknowledged in store that this could not be my fault) and have been promised on several occasions that Richard (apparently a manager) will call me. It is now 6 weeks since I have raised this issue and have got no where! Why should I be out of pocket when I did not make the error and paid for someone to complete the measureing thinking it would be right first time. Not only have I got all these extra tiles, I’m hundreds of pounds out of pocket, and I have not experienced the “one stop shop” experience I was promised when the kitchen was sold. Will Richard ever ring me? My advice to anyone reading this is to think twice before paying for this premium service!

We have bought the showers, sinks, baths and furniture for our two bathrooms and our sons house as a gift. Michelle runs the bathroom dept and is so knowledgeable and helpful. We now have three beautiful bathrooms that we are so pleased with. Michelle ensured our orders were delivered on time, even managing to get our sons bathroom a little early which helped with tradesman timings. We had a couple of minor things that required replacement and one incorrect part delivered. This was no trouble at all and everything was sorted so easily. I would recommend Michelle for her knowledge of the industry and Gardiner Haskins for quality, price and service. PS. If you don’t see what you want just ask Michelle, I am certain she will find it! We knew exactly which radiator we wanted. It was out of stock in Cirencester, but staff told us to phone Bristol to get one sent through. No phone response. So we ordered via the website, only to find it had to be collected from Bristol. At this point I was ready to throw in the towel,had not a most helpful person - Kanya - tried to help: she would make sure the radiator would be sent to Cirencester. Then another email: it was out of stock, though it was still advertised on the website, and wouldn't be reordered. But Kanya gave me a number to call to get advice. It's only her kindness that gave you any stars at all. And ye- I've thrown in the towel. TO be fair, this is the first major failure we've had, and we won't stop using what's normally an excellent store.

Brilliant service!! I used the click and collect facility when I purchased a dishwasher last week.

I literally clicked and twenty minutes later, I was able to collect.
